“We had an amazing coffee flight tasting. Not only did we have coffee to sample but they did pairing with products that they make from the farm. Justin was our coffee tour guide. He was great. We also did their game trying to identify the oils by smelling them. It was the best experience for coffee tasting in Kailua Kona area. I highly recommend it.”

“A Slice of Paradise and Perfect Coffee at Doutor Kona Coffee Farm
My visits to the Doutor Kona Coffee Farm have consistently been a highlight of my time in Kona, and it's a place I eagerly share with visiting friends and family. From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the immaculate grounds, a testament to the care and dedication put into this farm. Lush greenery abounds, creating a tranquil and beautiful setting for their walking tour.
The tour itself is a delightful experience, a gentle stroll through the coffee plants and other tropical flora. What makes it truly unique is the opportunity to pick and taste whatever fruits are in season along the way – a delightful and sensory connection to the land. The path eventually leads to a breathtaking infinity pool, an oasis where you can relax, soak in the stunning views, and, of course, savor their exceptional Kona coffee.
Beyond the beauty and the delicious coffee, the Japanese hospitality at Doutor is truly remarkable. The staff are attentive, gracious, and make you feel incredibly welcome. Their dedication to providing a memorable experience shines through in every interaction.
Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply seeking a beautiful and relaxing escape, the Doutor Kona Coffee Farm is an absolute must-visit. It's more than just a coffee farm; it's an experience that engages all your senses and leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I wholeheartedly recommend it!”

“Underrated coffee plantation and processor! Tour is free and educational, only the visit to their nature garden requires a small fee. The coffee samples on tap are great! Beautiful cloud forest environment. If you're staying on the Kona side, highly recommend this one as it is much closer in the Kona coffee belt!”

“WOW! These are the best donuts I have ever had. We came here with our young family of 6 and started out with 6 donuts and ended up licking the box clean and got another 6. They are perfected, delicious but not too sweet so you can eat and eat! also they are not your regular donut so ask about the flavors!!”

“We showed up around 12:45 on a Saturday in early May and they only had 1 kind of poke left (Hawaiian). And all their dessert parfaits were sold out. I will say that the quality of the ahi was 10/10, trimmed perfectly and truly melted in your mouth. I didn't care for the Rock salt in the Hawaiian style poke, it was too salty and I would not order it again. But the fish was fantastic and the rice was spot on. Next time we go back we will be sure to go before noon to have more options for ordering!”
