“Excellent food and service. We dream about these burgers each time we leave the Big Island. Can get very busy for lunch, I would suggest getting there right around opening or wait a bit until the traditional lunch window is over. Highly recommend.”

“Dined here 2 decades ago and food still stands out above the rest. Restaurant could use a makeover sooner than later. Service was OK - food came out at different times and at times slow. However nothing moves fast in the area when everyone is on Island Time. Meals were all great”

“Thank goodness for Island deli and the store it is located in. The kids just want spam musubis, malasadas, and butter mochi which the resorts do not have for some reason so Island Deli saves the day! They also have so many delicious poke bowls and sushi options. The store has plenty of snacks as well.”

“Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai was absolutely amazing and created memories we’ll never forget. During this trip, I proposed to my girlfriend, now my fiancée, on the beach, and the resort was incredibly accommodating throughout the experience.

The property is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and every restaurant we tried was excellent. Our favorite was ULU, which offered incredible food and an unforgettable setting. The room was amazing as well, and we especially loved the outdoor lava rock shower.

The resort offers so many great activities. My fiancée enjoyed the Pilates classes while I had a great time participating in the outrigger canoe experience. The gym was also one of the nicest resort gyms I’ve ever used.

Overall, this was a truly special trip filled with great memories. The staff, service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!”

“When we went it was very empty, from the moment we walked in, the staff were super nice and even told us about deals on the app. The service was so quick, way faster than it said it would be in the app. The food was excellent as well!”

“Ordered the original açaí bowl, a couple of pastries and 2 small coffees. With gratuity this set me back $50+, but average for both hotels in the Waikoloa area. Seating is limited, but pastry items tasted OK and the açaí bowl was very good.”

“Convenient located next to the saltwater lagoon in Hilton Waikoloa village, it’s perfect for some sweet treats after water activities. Restroom is right next door which is a plus.”

“I don't see why people complain about the pricing you're in Hawaii at a well known resort of course it's going to be $$. The Hawaiian latte with oat milk is amazing I was here two weeks and got one every morning. Also the acai bowls are amazing I got the classic and added cocoa nubs, macadamia nuts and honey. In the room I also added some local fruits I picked up from the market. Lillkoi and rumbaton. It's super busy but the line goes pretty fast. Definitely deserves more credit than the reviews. The only downfall is it closes at noon so if you want coffee after that you have to walk to the other side of the resort.”

“This is the nicest Starbucks location on Big Island. It's also the busiest! However, the staff here are very kind and super hard working, so you'll get your coffee quickly and with a smile. They sell bags of Starbucks roasted coffee that are made from 100% Kona beans. I also saw a cute Starbucks coffee mug featuring Hawaii that is part of a collection travelers can build. There is a huge amount of indoor seating that would nicely accommodate groups, and there is lovely outdoor seating that would be ideal for mornings and evenings. The only drawback to this location is that close parking can be difficult to find.”

“Got the chance to visit here while staying at the condos. I got the two different Mahi Mahi specials and both were killer. My kids got the chicken strips here everyday at least once for the entire 5 days we were in Waikoloa. The staff were so friendly and the fire dancer and nighttime singer were a great add.”
