“This is a really solid Asian fusion spot! I’ve tried some pretty weird “Asian fusion” restaurants before, but this one is actually very well-balanced and flavorful. The dishes lean a little on the sweeter. The butterfish especially reminded me of Japanese grilled eel，rich, tender, and slightly sweet.”

“Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai was absolutely amazing and created memories we’ll never forget. During this trip, I proposed to my girlfriend, now my fiancée, on the beach, and the resort was incredibly accommodating throughout the experience.

The property is beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and every restaurant we tried was excellent. Our favorite was ULU, which offered incredible food and an unforgettable setting. The room was amazing as well, and we especially loved the outdoor lava rock shower.

The resort offers so many great activities. My fiancée enjoyed the Pilates classes while I had a great time participating in the outrigger canoe experience. The gym was also one of the nicest resort gyms I’ve ever used.

Overall, this was a truly special trip filled with great memories. The staff, service, amenities, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Emma’s kitchen is a place to get filipino cuisine, I’ve been busy working and have moved away for almost a year from my family. Going here grounds me as their food hits the spot, food is fresh and the best seasoning and reminds me of home. I was so sad when this place was closed down for awhile in Waikoloa, I’m so happy Emma’s Kitchen is back!!! definitely come here to try out filipino food, for me personally im a sinigang and lumpia fan! oh, and lechon is legendary, so good ☺”

“Felt like a really big ABC store. Like the Country Market in Oahu. Food was good. Service was ok. Definitely a good place to go after Hāpuna Beach. They closed late when we went.”

“Ordered the original açaí bowl, a couple of pastries and 2 small coffees. With gratuity this set me back $50+, but average for both hotels in the Waikoloa area. Seating is limited, but pastry items tasted OK and the açaí bowl was very good.”

“I don't see why people complain about the pricing you're in Hawaii at a well known resort of course it's going to be $$. The Hawaiian latte with oat milk is amazing I was here two weeks and got one every morning. Also the acai bowls are amazing I got the classic and added cocoa nubs, macadamia nuts and honey. In the room I also added some local fruits I picked up from the market. Lillkoi and rumbaton. It's super busy but the line goes pretty fast. Definitely deserves more credit than the reviews. The only downfall is it closes at noon so if you want coffee after that you have to walk to the other side of the resort.”

“When we went it was very empty, from the moment we walked in, the staff were super nice and even told us about deals on the app. The service was so quick, way faster than it said it would be in the app. The food was excellent as well!”

“Got the chance to visit here while staying at the condos. I got the two different Mahi Mahi specials and both were killer. My kids got the chicken strips here everyday at least once for the entire 5 days we were in Waikoloa. The staff were so friendly and the fire dancer and nighttime singer were a great add.”

“This is the nicest Starbucks location on Big Island. It's also the busiest! However, the staff here are very kind and super hard working, so you'll get your coffee quickly and with a smile. They sell bags of Starbucks roasted coffee that are made from 100% Kona beans. I also saw a cute Starbucks coffee mug featuring Hawaii that is part of a collection travelers can build. There is a huge amount of indoor seating that would nicely accommodate groups, and there is lovely outdoor seating that would be ideal for mornings and evenings. The only drawback to this location is that close parking can be difficult to find.”
