Big Island Fireart Reviews
Food was very good and decent sized portions for the price.service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. It is definitely worth the drive as it was the best Chinese food I've found on the island
I’m really happy with the food! Ordered online came sizzling hot
Awesome takeout, seriously impressed!

Big Island Fireart is a highly recommended Chinese restaurant located in Hawaii, known for its large portions, good food, and reasonable prices. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with something for everyone, including dishes like pineapple sweet & sour chicken, black pepper beef, seafood boil, and sizzling teriyaki steak. Many reviewers highlight the food’s freshness, flavor, and care in preparation, with dishes arriving hot and well-cooked. The portions are generous, often enough to satisfy the whole family, and the prices are considered fair for the quality offered.
The restaurant provides quick, friendly service in a clean and cozy atmosphere, with some reviews noting efforts to decorate the space nicely. Takeout is especially praised, with noodles like Singapore noodles cooked perfectly and remaining flavorful even after transport. Customers appreciate the ease of getting an easy dinner, especially when staying nearby in Waikoloa or Kona.
While most experiences are positive, some minor issues are mentioned, such as side dishes like rice and drinks occasionally tasting off, and concerns about pricing transparency—particularly with the card payment system charging extra for Canadian customers without clear notice. Despite these minor points, Big Island Fireart is seen as a hidden gem that delivers tasty, authentic Chinese food, making it a top choice for locals and visitors alike.
