A place I loved going to so much until we dropped one of our shave ice and asked if it could be remade (due to such a flimsy container) it was in (definitely not the same ones they used to use) and they said no but we could purchase another one. Loved coming here with my kids often but that was insane customer service 👎🏼
Oh My! This hidden gem 💎 is just what we needed to kick off our July 4th celebration. The line was moving quickly. They took our order with care. We had just enough time to take photos and our order arrived. YUM!!!

Big Island shave ice is a favorite shaved ice on the Big Island. The prepared selection ube coconut/haupia and macadamia nut options were fire. Noelani's haupia concoction and pineapple cream special are great. Kona Coffee flavor contains homemade Kona Coffee ice cream. Portions are massive, monstrous and good sizes. The line is obvious but the quality product, great taste and quick service are always appreciated. The location is inside the Kings' Shops, a walk away from the parking lot.
