The food is a highlight, featuring an extensive assortment of dishes that cater to various tastes. Locally inspired options such as loco moco, vegan curry, and malasadas, along with fresh local fruits, are not to be missed. The buffet includes a custom made omelet station, a large assortment of baked goods, seafood, prime rib, breakfast items, and delectable desserts. The macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi and ahi tuna poke were very good. The prime rib was tasty and tender, and the crab legs were a hit. The Kona mud pie and chocolate tart were outstanding desserts. The roasted cauliflower was delicious. The views are gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets and swaying palm trees. The menu was not thorough, so it is recommended to inform staff of any food allergies or sensitivities. The staff was attentive at first, then waited a while for the check as the evening got busier. Located in the Waikoloa Marriott, this open-air restaurant is a convenient option for guests.
