The Pancakes are THE BEST!!!
My son’s and my food order was excellent. However, the server who assisted us was in my opinion, the worst I’ve ever had. I won’t offer any problems either food but if this young lady waits on you, you can hardly wait to leave! As you might expect, her tip was $0.00.
TL;DR: they texted the online order delivery confirmation, collected delivery fee, never delivered, didn't return the delivery fee, no apologies, said they had no idea their website has delivery option!!
So I ordered online from the restaurant website, there was a delivery option (it is still there, but see the screenshot just in case). Received a text with delivery confirmation. Called a few times to see if my order is delivered to the room number I provided or the hotel...read full review
