We have always started and ended our vacation with roy's. Why? The staff is consistent, the food - off the chart and it is always a treat to be helped by Arnie's team. They recognize the r&rs (regulars and returns) and you are made to feel like family. Courtney is the bomb...she gets it as do the other bartenders...we love to mix the happy hour menu with full menu. Such good food. We leave thinking we cant wait to return.
Even though we live here it is a real pleasure to always have dinner here whether it's for a certain occasion, or just always have an enjoyable evening out with friends or with family. The food remains Incredible and is always served in a timely fashion , warm with a wonderful staff that always treat us like Ohana . So lucky to have them on the island .

We've dined at Roy's in other locations, and this one was not as good as the others. Our server was not attentive and forgot our appetizer. However, the person helping our server was excellent. He asked if we were celebrating anything, and we told him our anniversary and our sons' birthdays, while our server did not ask nor had much to say at all. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed with our experience and likely will not return to this location.
