Sara, Wesley and Sun Dog Bread are the best thing that came to our community several years ago!! Have been a fan ever since, and can simply say, if you want delicious and nutritious, this is it! All their breads and goodies are fantastic!

We’ve been buying their bread since they first began. Best sourdough around. They use organic flour, which is important to us. We love that they use rye in some of their breads, gives it a lovely tang.. I make pizza with their sourdough pizza dough. Their pastries are amazing too.

The croissant is like in France, no kidding.
I also loved the sourdough seed bread. My banana bread is better, but I liked that they used spelt in theirs.
They open to the public 1 day a week, Wednesday at 2:00. Be late and you go hungry!
Now I have to keep track of the day of week…

I look forward to Wednesdays because that is when I get to have delicious, flaky, buttery pastries. Their sourdough is also amazing as well. Flavors are on point, pastries are amazing, and if they could have a store front I will truly be so happy.
Got to the pop up Wednesday 5 minutes before they opened. There was a fairly long line but they still had everything when we got up to the front to order. So many options we had to pick so many things!! We had cookies, ham and cheese croissants and dark chocolate croissants. Tomorrow morning we will be having monkey bread and a cinnamon roll!! I cannot wait!! Everything, everything was amazing!! What a find!! If only I was here for another Wednesday!! It is just a grab and go spot, but if you need a place to sit there is an awesome coffee shop just up the hill that we frequented on our trip!

Amazing! We tried their Persian Love Cake, Monkey Bread and homemade pasta. Highly suggest pre-ordering as apparently we are not the only ones that are giving 5 stars!
