Great happy hour menu. Lychee martini for $10, and this steak was absolutely delicious. Service and atmosphere 5/5.

I’ve worked in the service industry 5+ years - worst service imaginable, unprofessional staff, and this was my first time ever not leaving a tip at a restaurant. Staff was intentionally deceptive about happy hour pricing. Steve Aoki would be disappointed.

Expensive. The food overall is good, but not worth the price. We had the Bo Luc Lac or shaking beef and was a bit disappointed. The expensive cut of meat was not worth the covering up with sauce that didn't meet the right flavors for the Vietnamese dish. It's definitely fusion and lacked the right balance between sweet and salt of Vietnamese fold. The Bao was good and so was the fried rice. The fried rice was a good size.

Crazy meal at 1938 Indochine. Come for the delicious food, but stay for the sh** show of a service this place is. It's a "what the hell is going on here" service experience. A comedy of errors. From Start to Finish. Reservations means you can either sit inside or OUTSIDE (which is very windy and smelly) even if there are plenty of available indoor tables. Prepare to have your dishes bought out in all different orders, entrées first, appetizers last. Forget even that your order will be correctly taken because they feel they can remember it all, which they don't. We were getting both the dishes we ordered and the ones we didn't! Watch as food goes from one table to another being asked "Did you order this?" The best part is, that the staff does it all with utter confidence. This is where a 'LOL' can definitely be applied.

Greeted right when you walk through the door. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Gives me an old style pub feel mixed with some art. They have a wide variety of alcohol at the bar area. Our booth had comfortable couch type seating. Our server was amazing! She gave awesome recommendations! We ordered the papaya mango salad. It was fresh and delicious! They don't ask the spice level, but it paired perfectly with everything we ordered. The fried chicken isn't crispy, more like the original style from kfc type fried chicken. The flavor on those wings though? Unreal! The lechon was okay, a bit on the salty side. The spicy garlic noodles gave me mililani restaurant fried noodles vibes. Krazy fried rice was good as well. Yuzu cheesecake was not too rich, but just right. The star of the show? Oyster shooters! Best I ever had! Didn't drink at this dinner, but will definitely come back and try some next time.

The food, service, and atmosphere are fantastic. The food is a twist of Asian fusion, like its name, "Indochin." Parking is free for an hour.

Great place to eat dinner. We had an awesome experience all around. Our server was kind and helpful for explaining the ins and outs of the menu. We were super impressed by the beef, and also really enjoyed the chili chicken and fried rice. There is so much on the menu that I’m excited to try when we go back!

What a pleasant dining experience!Celebrated an anniversary here, and we loved everything we ordered. The inside ambiance is very nice and aesthetic. Loved that they had a cigar and whiskey pairing option.Happy hour was well worth it. We were able to sample a lot of dishes of different varieties.Staff was friendly and prompt with every request. All in all, it's a great spot near a lot of "after dinner adventures." Will be back soon.

I so wanted this to be an exceptional experience. The food was good… the service was horrible. The server was dishonest and tried to cheat us on the bill. When I pointed out the discrepancy she doubled down and lied. By then I was not happy. I had to ask for the management to make by bill proper. Waitress got snippy with me and at that point I dig in my heals. Bailey, the server needs a lesson in customer service and humility. Had she just said “I’m sorry, I made a mistake” I would have just paid and left her a decent tip. Instead she wanted to act like a brat so I had to escalate to management. Needless to say this place won’t get another dollar from me. Extremely unprofessional and poor service.
