I meant to write this review a few weeks ago. However, the service was super nice. The two girls working were very inviting. The gelato is super good and creamy and has an almost stretchy consistency. The toasted marshmallow was my fave. Definitely plan on coming again.

I stopped by 7 Gradi by chance and was pleasantly surprised. They have a wide selection of gelato, including some unique flavors you don’t usually find elsewhere. This place is ridiculous. I really wanted to like this place, especially since the staff was super friendly. I came here last week. One of the girls even let me try several samples, which I appreciated a lot. But unfortunately, the cleanliness really threw me off. While I was ordering, I noticed small cockroaches around the counter area and there were quite a few flies inside the store. It made me uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene. Honestly, I’m giving it 2 stars only because of how nice the workers were, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they seriously improve their cleanliness. ****Also, I think it’s very embarrassing that the owner uses his own account to write a review. I can easily search up the owner and see that the owner is also working with Veritas Aeropart and wrote a great review right after mine. Ridiculous.

The gelato was delicious, no complaints there! Unfortunately, the experience was soured by one of the employees — the younger guy working was very rude and dismissive. My friend and I asked simple questions and were completely ignored until his co-worker (who was lovely and polite) stepped in to help us. She’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

The little haole boy serving gelato was extremely rude—he ignored our basic questions multiple times, had a very rude attitude, and made us feel completely unwelcome in the store. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time, which is really unfortunate because the gelato itself is actually quite good.
