I enjoy coming to this coffee shop every now and again, however I usually cannot find a table to sit. Its always packed with people enjoying breakfast and/or studying/working. So I usually take my things to go.
Every now and again, they rotate coffee for the pour over. This time i selected the Brazilian dark roast. I enjoyed it. I also got to try their scuffin (scone and muffin). It had the everything bagel mix on top and cream cheese inside. No doubt I will grab it again.
My only wish, they had a larger space. All-in-all, top 5 coffee shops that I like to visit in the honolulu area.

Excellent coffee and prices at 9Bar! It’s a bit hard to get to but it’s in the center of the plaza. Beware you will get ticketed so please make sure your meter is paid.

Zero customer service , Rude. Coffee was garabage, had a dopey espresso over ice and u can just taste that the beans are old as in not a fresh roast. Don’t go here , support something more local , not funded by the Chinese economy.

Small place but high quality coffee and fast friendly service. A few seats inside with outlets and public bathrooms are across from the entrance. They have some unique coffee drinks on the menu & it’s super professional. A little expensive but location & quality are the reasons for it. I recommend & I’ll be back 🤙🏼

I came at 8:30am on a weekday Wednesday morning.
I asked for Pumpkin spice scone ($5), iced oat latte ($6.5), and iced chai ($6.25).
The scones were warm, crispy on the outside and very tasty. The spices worked well and the white chocolate had a nice melty feel to it. I think the latte is properly bitter and would be good to have with scones. The chai had a hint of ginger and was delicious. The person who took my order was very nice and the atmosphere of the store was very nice. There were quite a few customers with their dogs, and we got to see all kinds of cute dogs.
It's also a great place to take a break with a delicious cup of coffee after seeing a lot of things in Salt. I'll come back later!
