Worst lounge I have ever been. And you are lucky if you find it. There are no signs anywhere in the airport

Too much noises when staff clears away the dishes. Very annoying.

For a JAL lounge, this has to be on the bottom of the list, but as an Admiral Club, this would’ve been a 5*. The food selection was very limited and the taste was fair. The upside was there were a lot of open seats (unlike the recently closed Hawaiian Air’s lounge). The staff was efficient and pleasant.

Very restrictive, most first class tickets don’t allow entry, otherwise it’s $79 for cramped space with bad food and drinks. Don’t fly American .

Very difficult to find this lounge. Hidden away on the third floor by the food court with very little signage. But worth the exploration. This is also an Admirals Club, so for OneWorld elites it is the go to lounge. The Quanta’s lounge (dingy and dark) is no where near this level.
The food offerings from their cafe are great. Usually a veggie dish and often curry and always instant ramen. Self service and poured drinks are available for free. A very nice and quiet place to enjoy your lounge experience.

Great lounge, plenty of spaces, delicious food (the curry here tastes better than some I've had on the Island). Kick back and relax here before or between your flights, but you must ___ to play. 😃
Service is super friendly and with a smile, combining the best of Hawaiian and Japanese cultures. They're also super generous with the drinks. Mahalo and domo! 😃🙏🫶
The Admirals Club is very hard to find. The club could possibly use an upgrade. Staff are very friendly.
Probably my favorite airport lounge food I have had. It made waiting for the flight home enjoyable which was tough after leaving paradise.

Limited choice of food but plenty drinks 🍷
A very nice place to chill while on layover … Thanks much …🤙🏼🙏
Not a real AA lounge. They say you have to buy a pass even if you are a member because it's a JAL lounge
I spent many hours here, particularly over the last couple days because of a perpetually delayed flight. The food (curry, mini musubis, chicken karaage) is pretty good. The service has been fantastic. Very polite staff throughout.
While trying to navigate my delays, the agents at front of lounge were great. Fam was very helpful, and Mitsumi has been fantastic. They assisted in helping rebook, find best itinerary, and provide updates on status of the plane, and continued to be professional and polite. Awesome staff.
This is a “shared” lounge (with Japan Air) so….if you aren’t Asian you will NOT be happy with the food choices. Then again maybe you like soupy noodles…curry chicken or vegetable balls (unknown vegetable origin). The lounge is hot, the floor is filthy and the chairs are just God awful to be polite.
I have been to over a dozen admirals clubs across the world and this one is BY FAR the absolute worst. It’s making me consider canceling my executive card and never flying AA again. Thinking of going back to Delta…or well ANY other airline.
