Went in today for the first time and ordered a char sui/ kalua pork pokè bowl. I went back and asked for sauce before I tasted it but no need sauce. Sauce would ruin it! Maybe some extra juice from the meat would make it even better... It was extraordinary flavor just a little dry.

They are making a comeback after the fire. They are not fully back from their rebuild. Offerings have expanded along with the market space, but still not at full capacity. Still a lot of work ahead. Poke was fresh, roasted meats was on point. Again still not at full capacity, but happy their making their come back.

The roast pork was life changing, you NEED the mustard they offer at the counter. I got the meat+poke bowl with roast pork and the wasabi masago ahi. The portions are generous, the staff is nice. Next time I’m on the island i will be back.

Cannot recommend enough.
