What a gem! We had a layover in Honolulu and were searching for a place to eat outside of the airport but still close enough that traffic wouldn’t be a problem. All rolls we ordered were delicious, fresh, just yummy. Owner was so kind in giving suggestions. We even got some handrolls to take to our next flight.

Showed up here as an off island recommendation. The food did not disappoint! Wendell is the owner and steered us in the right direction for amount of food and what to get. We ordered mostly maki and some nigiri, next time we will try their bento box bowls!

Little place by the airport that packs some serious flavor. Fair warning if it says spicy it means it! Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Service was also super nice! I'll be coming back to try different rolls. They were very accommodating for my wife's allergies as well and understanding and recommended what not to have or to have.
I stopped here after my flight last night and this place is amazing! The owner was so welcoming and kind and he recommended the Spicy Ahi Donburi which was so good! I also got a few rolls which did not disappoint. If you are ever by the airport and craving some good fish, make sure to check this place out!
My boyfriend and I LOVE Aloha Sushi on Nimitz! I love the hurricane maki and the lemon ahi maki and he loves the unagi dragon! Always so fresh and flavorful and the service is really great too! Everyone is so kind and friendly, it quickly and easily became our go to spot!
