This place is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. The lemon tea is so good you will want more and the food tastes really fresh. The kalbi I had never had before, but I really enjoyed it.
We shared 2 plates with our 1 and 2 year old and they couldn't get enough. We were surprised how much they ate of it!
So it's family friendly for sure!

Garlick Shrimp Shack in Waikiki surprised me in the best way. It’s one of those spots you stumble on when you’re hungry and end up talking about for the rest of the trip. The smell hits you first — that buttery, garlicky aroma that has you nodding yes before you even see the menu.

The shrimp is the star here. Big, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked right in front of you. The garlic sauce is crazy good, not too salty, not too heavy, just enough richness...
