I’ve been a regular for over a year. What I appreciate most is the high caliber of fellow patrons. Some really good pool players and steel tip darts. The patio out back is a little oasis with some gorgeous plants all around.

These people will open tabs without your knowledge, not let you know they have a 15$ credit minimum then proceed to add unauthorized gratuity. The manager refuses to refund me.These people are thieves and run a shady business. They’re better bars to go to.

Yea, so the bar is pretty cool, live music is actually very impressive and met some cool people….. the issue arises with the employees. I tried to buy a Guinness was told it was $9, then she charged me $25 on my bank account. I obviously went to ask about the charge and that’s when the bartenders began shouting in my ear and questioning if I should be kicked out. A lot of aggression for, what it seems, a pretty reasonable question. So yea, I got it figured out, they still tried to charge me $25, if you are a visitor/non-local, DO NOT GO. If you do go, please pay with cash for your own benefit.

I would caution anyone from going here. It was already a struggling bar with a poor reputation. The other day my friends were leaving and the two white owners were jeering at us when we left. They told my gay friends they didn’t need “you bottoms here anyways” and called me a degenerate. Such blatant homophobia and disrespect is not how you ingratiate yourself in Hawaii. Our community is about respect.
For the college crowd, be careful to support such hateful bars. This type of blatant hate and ignorance is not the vibe for our crowd. They should create a welcoming culture for all, not one that openly mocks our gay brothers and sisters.
Really cool hole in the wall vibes here. Awesome smaller venue for bands that for a more intimate concert experience. Staff were all great, two pool tables downstairs, and good drinks.

Horrible service by the female bartender upstairs in the Rock n roll bar! Asked her to run a tab for me, and she became irate and had me thrown out twice! A total witch since new management took over. Sam is a good bartender if the witch isn't there. Previously Great service before the grouch bartendress!
