The Branzino was mushy from freezer burn. the uni pasta was hard and undercooked. Our waiter was not helpful in recommending dishes. We ended up ordering way too much food following his recommendations. The food also was not coursed in a timely manner and the wait time was irritating. The restaurant seems to be going downhill and definitely will not return.

We had our best meal in Hawaii here! The service was outstanding, Paulo was our server for the evening, and he was charming and he had a great sense of urgency. The meal was perfection. We had the Caprese and Caesar salad, followed by a pizza and then Branzino There were three of us and we just shared everything. Had a beautiful Chianti t from Antinori to top it off. The coconut Panna cotta with shaved ice was a delightful way to end the evening.!!

Definitely one of my favorite dinner this year. My family made a reservation at two different restaurants--Hoku's and Arancino--during our stay in Kahala over thanksgiving. I can summarize in one sentence; GO TO THIS ONE. Wonderful atmosphere, almost get confused whether I am in the middle of Italy or Hawaii, very warm and welcoming service, great food. My mom and grandparents came all the way from Korea to stay with me during Thanksgiving and they all agreed that this is the best dinner they have had here during their stay. Thank you, wonderful staff, for making this experience memorable.

The main pasta, in particular, was delicious that I felt it might be the best I've ever had among all the Italian restaurants I've visited. From the VALET service to checking in to the server that took our order and worked with us the whole time during our dining process everything was A+ and thoughtful. KRISTINE was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu making suggestions according to what you like and what's popular on each side of the menu. It's definitely a place to go to celebrate several people there celebrating their birthdays of course you see hotel guest there enjoying a dining experience. The new menu item for dessert is tiramisu, which is done tableside and is amazing. It's something the Italians do in Italy and it's brought to this restaurant. I think it's the only time I've seen that at a restaurant in the US. Hawaii has a lot of interesting places to eat. I can say that eating at this Italian restaurant at the local The Kahala. Has all the elegance, charmed, and Hawaiian flavor that you could ever want. I realize sometimes it's tough to make amazing food on this island but Arancino did an amazing job.

This is my wife and my favorite Italian restaurant. We came here for our anniversary anniversary and was not disappointed. You can't go wrong with the apps. The bolognese is our favorite, but any pasta you get is perfectly cooked and balanced. The pesce al sale (steamed seabass) is presented from its salt crust table-side and is worth the wait. My wife got the pizza quattro formaggi. It's a cheese lovers pizza drizzled with honey and she opted for the freshly shaved black truffles. The black truffles elevated the dish to another level! And the service is always on point. If you don't know what to get, or want to try something new, just ask the server for suggestions!

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. Atmosphere was perfect. Food came out perfect timing. It wasn't just order the food and all of it came out at once. They gave time in between to serve each course. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. She made our first experience here worth it and rememberable. The tables were also spread out nicely so it didn't feel cramped in there. The price was almost very good. It felt like a 5 start dining experience but at a very affordable price. We will definitely be coming here again
