This is one of our go to restaurants whenever we're in Waikiki. Food is great, service is attentive (Eric from Boston just wonderful!) Across the street from the beach. Easy to find. Highly recommend.

Had an incredible dinner experience at Arancino di Mare. I didn’t have a reservation on a Sunday night, but I was able to get seated immediately at the bar. I was served by Christin who was so kind and lovely to chat with. I would definitely recommend the calamari fritti as a starter and the spaghetti ai ricci di mare (uni spaghetti) is to die for. The sauce was luxurious - very rich and creamy, and there are even small chunks of uni. If you love uni, you will love this pasta.

This place is an absolute gem! Having lived in Rome for many years I am a bit of a snob when it comes to true Italian food. There are just so many places that say they make authentic Italian food, but the proof is sadly missing from their pudding!This place is absolutely not one of those. They have some of the most unique takes on traditional Italian food.Their 9 layer lasagna was fabulous. Each noodle layer was surprisingly thin, and the meat sauce was quite hearty… so much so that I didn’t get the soupy mess that a lesser lasagna typically leaves on the bottom of the plate.And the spaghetti carbonara was stunning! The uncooked egg was gently set at the bottom of the bowl, and the hot spaghetti noodles, cheese, and guanciale were carefully placed on top without rupturing the yoke! As soon as I began to mix the spaghetti the egg was revealed and the yoke burst, starting the cooking of the egg! Such an ingenious method for ensuring the egg sauce was perfectly developed as opposed to overdone. The flavor was perfect, and the deconstructed delivery was wonderful.This Italian restaurant is high on my list the next time I visit Oahu! The wait staff is exceptional. They fit us in without a reservation and made an unplanned meal a real treat!

The terrace seats were full so we had no choice but to eat inside, which was near the kitchen, so it was hot. Whatever I ate, the food was delicious! The server who sat with me was very nice!

Make sure to ask which pastas are the fresh ones! I believe there was only one option and they would sub the fresh pasta for any dish on the menu. The carbonara with fresh pasta was AMAZING- it was served with the egg on top, which you swirled into the pasta.
