Yelp you have failed me today. Artic Cream is closed or under some new management/name. Yelped this place and walked/drove around in circles looking for this place. We just wanted to try dragons breath. As of today 05/05/19, the shop located at 555 N King St Suite 113 is called S7 Icy Bubble and they serve milk tea and rolled ice cream.

This place is in Kalihi and they have dog friendly ice cream - ok so that got me! Or should I say through my dog :) They also have dragon breath ice cream which is so cool for photo op! They are friendly and so accommodating. If you want to try a new spot away from the touristy spots and something new and different - this is your spot! There is parking so no problem. Small area to have your sweet treats. Give it a try!

The dragons breath is totally an awesome experience. My wife and I who are two 30 somethings had a blast. Just make sure you get a dipping sauce!

I love ice cream, a little too much probably. I am stationed at Fort Shafter. Sometimes at lunch I like to go find new ice cream places in the area. I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I've had rolled ice cream once before, while traveling through Memphis, TN. It's a fun way to enjoy ice cream. The person working here is really nice. I ordered the "Snoopy and Peanut" because I love Peanut Butter. I was in uniform, and was told a lot of military order this flavor. Interesting. Its delicious. I thought it might be overwhelming but it wasn't. I ate it up. I'll be back.

This is a very unique dessert shop and definitely a must try. The dragons breathe was super fun to eat with smoke coming out of your mouth. The rolled ice cream was absolutely delicious! The presentation was definitely on point and on top of that flavors were delightful. The owner and staff were really kind and helpful. This is a place I would definitely recommend.
Occasionally I'll indulge in a sugar delight. I am so glad I spent my cheat treat here! The owner really put thought into the details. The walls are painted with clouds and it's so clean. it was fun to watch them make the ice cream too! I ordered the Ubelicious, and my husband got the Candy one. delicious and stayed artic cold all the way home.

Being ice cream crazy means trying all the ice cream and gelato places on Oahu. I tend to prefer my frozen treat straight forward. When it is good you don't need toppings, but this place makes ice cream as a presentational experience so I had to go all out. As far as ice cream I can officially say I'm not fond of rolled ice cream. The texture is slightly gummy when what I really wanted was creamy. But the place is super interesting and fun. I was pretty bummed to find someone stole my sun glasses, my hydro flask and and hat out of the seat of my scooter. I must have not slammed it shut all the way and some creep had to be watching me.

Not my cup of tea really. The dragon breath is fun but doesn't taste good. Plus you have to eat it quickly before all the liquid nitrogen escape from the cereal. The nitrogen ice cream is extremely sweet and overly sticky. I didn't like it at all. My stomach also felt funny after eating. Cute little place though.
