They do push you away if u seat to eat their food there. Very rude & impolite. They said chairs & tables they have are for customers waiting for orders. You cannot seat there even there are plenty of seats available.

Reviews made me go. So Disappointed. Turned out to be average food with xtra rude service. Chow Fun was oily (over used oil), other order was bleh. They were out of bbq meats & made it seem like customers fault for not coming sooner?! Maybe I missed what people are liking, but this Place has no atmosphere with attitude of ‘make up your mind & order, pay me…NEXT!’. Definitely not going back.

Service is quick. The food is hit or miss. Not consistent quality. I am not sure if it depends on the cooks for a particular day. They offer a variety of dishes and also roast pork, chicken, and char siu. I have purchased the roast pork and it is tasty.

I ordered Choy Sum with Garlic for $13.50 as I wanted to eat healthy today and it worked out great. It tasted lot better than eating salad with dressing at other places and they gave a lot so it filled me up pretty good. They were quite busy but the service was quick and smooth and the food was great so I do recommend this place.

Only weird thing is this place only does take-out so you can sit down and eat there.
At least it's next to Safeway so there's a lot of parking.

The first time I ordered the whole duck was hot, 2 time was cold and the workers are not wearing hairnets or hairs are not restrained
The entrees and soups are pretty good, sometimes the fried rice can be too mushy. Salt n peppa pork chop is good, eggplant and pork also tasty. Things are made fresh and quick.
I don't enjoy their BBQ meat as much sadly, their roast duck has basically no meat at all, their char siu is just ok. They also close too early! lol

The customer service is awful 👎 When I tried to give my order by numbers so that it would be easy to understand, the lady said that she couldn't understand it by numbers 🤷🏻♂️🙅♂️Don't come to take my order 😤 The important dishes were too strong and tasted bad.

on Thanks giving day, this morning I arrive there about 1045am, there are so many people waiting for ordering food. I am waiting 45min to get my food. And the service lady is so rude to communicate with customers. I order three kind food, one is orange chicken, one is pork chop salt pepper and one whole roast duck. Chicken and pork is Okay taste. But the roast duck is terrible!! It is over cooked and I doubt it is over-night leftover roast duck!! Can see picture 1. My mom bought another roast duck after me around 1130am. It is better and looks fresh, see picture 2. I never come back this restaurant again!! No recommend!!
