Ordered the mini bites and they didn’t ask which size selling us the large one. They were barely even warm and quite disappointing as a result

First time trying this place and it was great. The regular pretzel I purchased was soft, fluffy and fresh and it paired extremely well with the glaze dipping sauce that comes with it. I recommend the standard dipping sauce. It felt like Krispy Kreme but 10x better! Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed. Forgot to take a photo, however the pretzel was quite large, so portion wise it’s enough for 1 person, and it is enough to satisfy any sugar cravings.

Usually Auntie Anne's pretzels are amazing, buttery, nicely salted, warm and fresh. Today (9/4/24 5pm)... it was like eating cold bread that had been too long under heat lamps, then microwaved and mixed with rubber and the 3 grains of salt added to the cup. Sad sad sad Hawaiian Pretzel fail.

Had the Original with cheese dip. The cheese dip is a little salty to my likings. However, I can see why many people like it. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the lemonade most. It's just unique and so tasty. Sweet and sour like li-hing mui. This is a perfect lemonade in my opinion not typical at all.
Highly recommended!
Located in a food court. Although it's a big place but seatings can be a little challenging during lunch hours.

The food was ok. We got two pretzels and a lemonade from them. The lemonade was wonderful. A great combination of sweet and sour, but the pretzels were pretty hit or miss. One was burnt and the other was actually pretty good. Although both lacked salt.

Difficulty checking out, then can't get the order correct and of course after paying for what I ordered they refused to give me the rest of it without paying additionally.Stay away!! Manager standing there and let's it all happen.
