Great evening! We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Each of the 5 courses you have between 3-5 options to choose from. We tried our best to get two different options and then share. Best dishes IMO - crap soup (first course), mushroom risotto (3rd course), steak (4th course).
Overall, the experience at Azure was an amazing culinary adventure. Each dish was expertly executed with complex depth of flavors and textures.
The service was outstanding. Our server, David knew each menu item and was able to answer any questions (there were many ingredients we were unfamiliar with) and describe them with a special kind of passion for the culinary arts.
The drinks were the same. Highly recommend the Rolling Stone.

What a delicious dining experience seated at sunset on Waikiki Beach! Each course we chose was an amazing assembly of high quality Hawaiian fish, vegetables, spices and sauces. We especially enjoyed the Shrimp Poke and fish in a zesty Veracruz sauce. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about our choices and explained the cooking methods etc. the pace was very relaxed and we were glad to have chosen outdoor dining at the beach. It's fun to arrive early and explore the beautiful...
