I guess it’s my fault for getting matcha at a coffee shop…I need to stick to only matcha specialty cafes. It just tasted like milk lol. Overall vibe and service was nice - stick to the coffee!

The coffee here is a scam. $6 for a small drip brewed hours ago. They don’t even have a real espresso machine. Get a soda.

It’s essentially in the hotel lobby so it’s crowded also.

This is a great spot for coffee and the open windows have a lovely cool breeze. Coffee is excellent too.

A wonderful coffee shop in Waikiki with incredible staff and good quality drinks. Neal makes the best espresso and matcha!

They have great coconut milk!

Good early morning coffee, in a trendy setting.

Overall the coffee does not rank in the top 5 of Waikīkī Coffee for me. It is still good coffee.. but not a coffee lovers experience.

Food was fine, but not special (I didn’t fly to Hawaii for a salmon bagel I can get anywhere in Boston).

Service was friendly and fun; and the vibe was funky.

Coffee is great. One employee, not so much. I ordered a large, she gave me a regular. I questioned why the size difference, she snapped so quickly that it left me with such an adrenaline surge that I had to walk away. I counted my change after and I had clearly paid for a large. I have her a twenty and I can do math. Whatever. Oh well. I guess I'm lame for complaining, but talking to my family, they commented that they'd seen the same employee be rude to other patrons. Even if I had mistakenly ordered a regular, it could have been a quick fix. I would have paid the difference. I was a barista for two years. It was just a really uncomfortable interaction and an unfortunate end to and the wise great stay in the attached hotel.

Purely off their coffee served, B-Side Coffee is fantastic! Located inside the Wayfinder hotel lobby & serving beans from Social Hour on Maui. My espresso was delicious, pulled well with good flavor, and I was able to enjoy it in a comfortable and stylish lobby setting with comfy leather chairs, big open windows that allow a heavy breeze to flow through, and a slight view of the ridge / canal. The service was good with the bathroom nearby that is well kept, and they sell some souvenirs / merch as well. They have music playing (at a nice level), I didn’t see any outlets, and the limited food selection didn’t look very appetizing. Personally for me, this place is a simple little gem 🤙🏼

not a proper espresso bar. I ordered a flat white - it was bitter and milk wasn't steamed propeperly. It's hard to find good coffee in Waikiki.

The B-Side Coffee Bar is one of the better cafés in Waikiki.

The espresso is pulled properly most of the time. There are dairy and non-dairy milk options.

The food is kind of mehhk but the croissants are pleasant (as long as they don’t microwave them).

The staff are friendly and warm, which is especially commendable when a person works in the service industry in a tourist trap like Waikiki.

The café is wheelchair accessible but note the driveway is steep.

The bathrooms are decent and clean.
