They use old ingredients in their sandwiches. Also, prices are to high for size of sandwiches, and they barely put any meat and vegetables in the sandwiches.
Pickle radish was old and salty per my wife. She was unable to eat her sandwich.

Ordered a lemongrass chicken sandwich and a regular chicken sandwich and it was terrible! No taste, just the vinegar taste from the pickled vegetables. All the other Bale I’ve been to are great, same taste. I’ll never buy food here again, sorry.

Check your receipts people. They tried to charge me $77 for 3 sandwiches and 8 spring rolls. She said she forgot to take the Pho price off. Who the hell ordered Pho, smh. That’s just crazy. Luckily I caught it before leaving the store. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.

The food was NOT authentic and there is no word to describe how bad it was. If you don’t want to be disappointed then please go somewhere else.

I spent a lot of money here and the food doesn’t taste good.Spring rolls aren’t fresh.Bbq pork banh mi doesn’t taste like it has bbq pork in it.Beef stir fry is very bland.$71 for this isn’t worth it at all.Their site says the banh mi is $8.95 but it’s $11.95.At least make it good if you’re charging these prices.

I found hair in my soup. I phoned and spoke to male staff who asked me to bring back the soup and it will be changed or give us a credit. He declined to have it delivered or send it via door dash. How can you not make way to deliver the food to a customer who was disappointed. Soup with hair is compromising food hygiene and no good customer service .

I Love this place, but not today. I ordered the Tofu Avocado salad & I should have checked it before I left the diner. I believe I got last weeks cabbage, black all around the edges of the cut and the avocado was rotten through pieces. Very sad and very disappointed. If I go back and do take out ever again, I will be sure to check my food before I leave.

Stopped by looking for some vegetarian food and found this place. I had tofu fried rice which was simple: rice, egg peas and tofu. The rice was fluffy, with some of the grains crunchy fried. It was piping hot and delicious. My husband had a pastrami sandwich and said it was very tasty and the bread perfect. Staff also lovely.
