Had lunch here during the week. No wait to get seated. Order 1 regular shoyu and 1 shoyu special and the fried chicken appetizer. Broth was not too salty and noodles were cooked great. The chicken appetizer was bland and lacked any flavor. No dipping sauce to help either.

I went to this restaurant that had vegan ramen on the menu for my companion who doesn't eat meat. I had the spicy miso ramen. It was nice to be served cold in a large glass. It was delicious, but I was concerned about the noodles sticking together.

This place is a ramen lover's dream come true. The broth in each bowl is superb, boasting flavors that are both delicious and undeniably good. While I can't vouch for authenticity compared to Japan, it's reminiscent of the best ramen joints in New York City. The atmosphere is welcoming, especially for families with kids who adore the dumplings and chicken katsu. A return visit is definitely on the cards!

I was actually looking for a different place, but when I saw it was located in the Stix food court, I decided to have a look at all the menus of all the places and settled on this one instead of the one I was looking for. I had no expectations for any of the restaurants, but I'm really happy I ate at this place. The broth was insanely flavorful. Like, I love ramen, but the flavors are usually so muted. This place's broth? Oh my goodness! It had all the flavor that I'm normally looking for in ramen! I see a lot of reviews say that it's salty. I say it is the most flavorful ramen I've ever had. And the noodles? So toothsome! Perfectly cooked. The meat? So tender. I had the chashu shoyu ramen (not an option in the list of recommendations that I can choose from in this review). I also ordered the gyoza. They were fine, but bland after the ramen. And, I also ordered the croquette. And that was delicious. I think this place probably only seats 20 people, and I went between lunch/dinner hours, so it was empty, but I can see it getting very busy.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are actually vegan.

Very surprising that this is Michelin recommended ramen. Very watery, no depth of flavour, lacking richness. I ate the pork and Ajitama and left the rest- not worth eating in my opinion.

Baikohken Ramen is a great choice for ramen in Stix Waikiki. The shio ramen broth was the perfect blend of salty and creamy. The noodles had great texture. The combination of the two created an amazing shio ramen bowl. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is beautiful and well kept. My only complaint is the restaurant is not suited for a group of 6. The place is quite small and the only normal "table" is a large round table that seats 9 or 10 people that you share with other patrons. However, there is a large Sakura tree decoration in the middle so it blocks your view of other people in your party. The other seating is traditional bar seating.

Planned a quick trip out to HNL and remember seeing a new food hall in Waikiki. Baikohken was a quick 5 min walk from our hotel and opted to dine here for dinner. Started off with karaage which was fried perfectly to a golden brown. It came straight out of the fryer so it was hella hot but flavorful. Only used a bit of the chili pepper to add a bit of spice but it was well marinated. I opted for the spicy miso ramen which was tasty. Only complaint was that I would've preferred my noodles cooked a bit less as I prefer a firmer texture. My wife ordered ginger miso ramen which she enjoyed though I thought the broth was a bit light for my taste buds. Overall a decent ramen shop that's walking distance from all of the bigger hotels in Waikiki.

I decided to try out one of the places that were in Stix Food Hall, and came across this place stating that they were featured in the Michelin guide. I got their spicy miso and it was pretty good. It wasn't that spicy and it has a nice flavor. The noodles were chewy and bouncy, and the pork was tender. My parents wanted to try out ramen as this was their first time. They got the shoyu ramen and miso ramen, and they both said the broth was way too salty for them. They did like the spicy miso ramen, but they also said that was salty as well. Their first time unfortunately didn't exceed to their expectations. I also got their zangi (fried chicken) paired with lemon and it was just okay. Out of the three ramens we've tried, I did like their spicy miso ramen the best.

This ramen restaurant provides a good dining experience if you enjoy rich pork broth. We tried the Spicy Miso Ramen and Special Shoyu Ramen—both were flavorful with generous portions. Personally, I prefer chicken broth for ramen, and it's worth noting that they exclusively use the same pork broth for all their ramen varieties; there are no other options available.

Came here for lunch and tried the spicy miso ramen and shoyu ramen. The noodles, broth, and topping were good. Fried chicken and gyoza were ok.
