Located in a hotel. Very small. There are tables but it didn't feel cozy to sit in. Paid $7.07 for iced Matcha, which was weak/thin matcha. Not worth it. Just another Waikiki/hotel price. They were not very friendly either.
I am a tourist visiting Waikiki this week. When I check into my rented condo at Waikiki Banyan there was no wifi service. Mobile roaming fees would be hefty if I used my cell phone so I asked the staff at the Banyan Breeze coffee shop downstairs if I could use their phone for a local call to my rental company. Unfortunately, I could not reach an agent to speak to the 1st time so I had to try a few times. 3 staff (young female and 2 young males) at the Banyan Breeze Coffee shop showed kindness (a 4th staff was not helpful and hopefully he can learn from his 3 colleagues that kindness goes a long way helping visitors) by allowing me to use their phone to contact my rental company as there are no public pay phones anywhere. I returned the thanks for the phone use with tip and box of cookies. I want to express my gratitude to the 3 Banyan Breeze staff and the Waikiki Banyan Hotel front desk staff (for their phone and wifi use). These are awesome people. It turns out that the cable service is not working in the condo and may not be resolved during my stay. Thanks again to all these people who showed Aloha and were willing to help out a visitor to their beautiful island! 😊❤️
Excellent service and friendly. The breakfast sandwich and bagel were both very good. I came here after seeing the Haupia Latte on the menu and I love trying different coffee drinks. It was very good. This is a must stop if nearby.
A small & dim hotel cafe providing all sorts of coffee and to-go food & drink options, mostly to-go for hotel guests. My espresso was fast & hot and (at $4.50) a little overpriced for quality received.
It seems storage is an issue & now is less open with worse seating and decor, blocking any views out the windows. Wish it felt less bodega-like and more café restaurant-like, though the A/C & fans keep it nice & cold.
I recently visited the coffee shop on the hotel's ground floor and had a delightful experience. The service was impressively fast and friendly, making me feel welcome when I walked in. I ordered an Americano and a cheese Danish; both were delicious and hit the spot perfectly.
The coffee shop is relatively small, which I found to be a refreshing change since there are so many Starbucks in the area. It had a cozy atmosphere that made it a nice place to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this coffee shop for anyone looking for quality coffee with a pleasant ambiance!
I got a latte and cinnamon roll there. The latte was good and the cinnamon roll was tasty.
It was a little hard to find the entrance--maybe add a sign outside with direction for non-hotel visitors.
This place is a small cute coffee shop to take your things to go. The staff is super nice and friendly, and the coffee and baked goods shine.
Really nice staff, and I didn’t try the food so I can’t speak to that, but the coffees were overly sweet. I got the Thai Latte and asked for half sweet, but it was still way too much. If you like sweet caffeinated drinks this is your spot.
It’s a tiny cafe that’s cluttered with miscellaneous stuff. The açaí bowl is disappointing- probably the worst one I’ve had yet. It was soupy with hard lumps of ice throughout. I’d give this place a miss if you’re looking for açaí bowls. I did like the chia pudding though, 1 star for that.

First stop this morning on our vacation.
Fresh pastries & scones that are actual pastry and proper scones. Coffee is excellent. I would take this place over any Starbucks every time.

This coffee shop was peak for our trip. Every morning we went somewhere on the island to try coffee for our two week trip. This was hands down the best. The service was so friendly, explaining the menu and just being fantastic people. The haupia latte was crazy good. Paired that with the açaí bowl, ?good lord.
If you can make the stop, do yourself a favor. 10/10

Cute little cafe, the bagels with cream cheese and strawberry banana smoothies are good. I also tried the fruit with yogurt but found the fruit a bit sour, otherwise I enjoyed it.

Cute little cafe. Happy to have a chance to support local. The iced haupia latte might be my favorite iced coffee ever!

While visiting Waikiki, you see a LOT of Starbucks in hotels. The last thing we wanted was to visit a chain coffee shop in Hawaii. We were lucky enough to find, and be staying about a block away from Banyan Breeze Coffee. From the first visit (we went almost every day after) we were greeted every time with a smile, a "good morning" and a pleasant experience. The iced coffee and chai we selected were excellent, and all staff was great. I would highly recommend grabbing a coffee here anytime.
