I’ve been here multiple times as I live in the hood. Not all the staff has good attitude but today’s experience was very negative. I came to the cafe and door was close, I saw a lady sitting there so I got her attention and she waved at me to say it’s closed. Actually I wasn’t going for food today and hoping to use the printer service, my phone is already linked to their printer so all so need to do was open that door and collect 50cents… I thought it isn’t a great trouble as I needed the paper urgently for DMV appointment and so I waved at her one more time, to try if I can get her to come to the door and at least give me a chance to explain to her my situation. This time she looked at me angry and use her very aggressive polite hand to say closed. Well. Ok… not very nice

Pretty bad food. Mochawas bland and banana bread was hard. Won't recommend. Please find a good coff ee spot on the street.

Love their peanut butter energy balls! Great Americanos too and the staff are always friendly. We stop here when staying at the Banyan or across the street at the Waikiki Sunset.

This little coffee shop in Waikiki feels like a hidden gem, offering great value on coffee and drinks. Sandwiches run about $15, the soup of the day is around $10, they have free Wi-Fi, and the staff is friendly. I’d much rather support a local spot like this than a big chain like Starbucks. When you spend here, your money stays in Hawaii. Sure, spending at Starbucks still supports local employees, but the corporation takes a huge cut—and lately, Starbucks has been questionable with its support for a country that’s starving children. If you want your money to have a direct impact here, skip the chain and choose this place instead.

Jordan was outstanding. He was courteous & professional. The coffee shop was quaint & tucked away in the hotel, but was easy to locate. The coffee was great & the baked goods looked mouthwatering, but Jordan’s positive energy & great customer service made the experience a memorable one. Highly recommended!

Little coffe shop tucked inside a hotel next to the koi pond. So glad I passed on Starbucks to come here instead. The spiced muffin was so much better quality and the chai was actually refreshing.

We stayed in the Banyan Tower 2 and we went to this cafe almost everyday. My favorite drink was the coconut iced latte. Their breakfast croissants are delicious, and the atmosphere is nice to take a break and drink your coffee in. The staff is also awesome!
Great ideas coffee ☕️! Huge fan of the white mocha

Located in a hotel. Very small. There are tables but it didn't feel cozy to sit in. Paid $7.07 for iced Matcha, which was weak/thin matcha. Not worth it. Just another Waikiki/hotel price. They were not very friendly either.

I am a tourist visiting Waikiki this week. When I check into my rented condo at Waikiki Banyan there was no wifi service. Mobile roaming fees would be hefty if I used my cell phone so I asked the staff at the Banyan Breeze coffee shop downstairs if I could use their phone for a local call to my rental company. Unfortunately, I could not reach an agent to speak to the 1st time so I had to try a few times. 3 staff (young female and 2 young males) at the Banyan Breeze Coffee shop showed kindness (a 4th staff was not helpful and hopefully he can learn from his 3 colleagues that kindness goes a long way helping visitors) by allowing me to use their phone to contact my rental company as there are no public pay phones anywhere. I returned the thanks for the phone use with tip and box of cookies. I want to express my gratitude to the 3 Banyan Breeze staff and the Waikiki Banyan Hotel front desk staff (for their phone and wifi use). These are awesome people. It turns out that the cable service is not working in the condo and may not be resolved during my stay. Thanks again to all these people who showed Aloha and were willing to help out a visitor to their beautiful island! 😊❤️
Excellent service and friendly. The breakfast sandwich and bagel were both very good. I came here after seeing the Haupia Latte on the menu and I love trying different coffee drinks. It was very good. This is a must stop if nearby.
A small & dim hotel cafe providing all sorts of coffee and to-go food & drink options, mostly to-go for hotel guests. My espresso was fast & hot and (at $4.50) a little overpriced for quality received.
It seems storage is an issue & now is less open with worse seating and decor, blocking any views out the windows. Wish it felt less bodega-like and more café restaurant-like, though the A/C & fans keep it nice & cold.
I recently visited the coffee shop on the hotel's ground floor and had a delightful experience. The service was impressively fast and friendly, making me feel welcome when I walked in. I ordered an Americano and a cheese Danish; both were delicious and hit the spot perfectly.
The coffee shop is relatively small, which I found to be a refreshing change since there are so many Starbucks in the area. It had a cozy atmosphere that made it a nice place to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this coffee shop for anyone looking for quality coffee with a pleasant ambiance!
I got a latte and cinnamon roll there. The latte was good and the cinnamon roll was tasty.
It was a little hard to find the entrance--maybe add a sign outside with direction for non-hotel visitors.
