Horrible customer service. We showed up 10 minutes before the store was supposed to close and they refused to serve us. As I’m posting this review, they should still be open.

Located at the Hawaii Sheraton Hotel.

Unfortunately, before coming here, I bought Haagen-Dazs.
I didn't eat it because I already ate it.

I definitely want to stop by next time I go to Hawaii!

The best shaved ice! Best price in waikiki. The ladies working are amazing. All of them. Enjoyed a shaved ice every single day of my vacation.

I ordered a kid's size cup to a young caucasian girl who was working a night shift. She gave me unbelievably tiny amount of ice cream that barely filled the bottom of a kid's size cup. I asked her twice if she think this is the proper amount. She stared at me nodding yes. I didn't wanna make a scene over this ridiculous service so I asked other lady who was working with her. She immediately said she's sorry for what happened. Manager, please don't let this unpleasant incident happen again in your shop. And young girl, shame on you. Serving people politey is your job and if you are not mature enough, don't work. Behave better and treat other better.

The person making cakes here is awesome! We ordered a hedgehog birthday ice cream cake as we had seen one a few weeks ago, the one she made for us was even cuter than we could have imagined! Definitely recommend getting any cakes made here! Thanks!!!

This place is perfect if you want a nice icy treat in front of the pool. There are many different toppings and flavour options, and even a lot of options of horse you want your ice cream to cone. For example, they have things like waffle cone bowls, regular bowls, sprinkle coated waffle cones, and more! You can even take home your favourite flavour in a pint bucket! It is convenient if you are staying at the Sheraton as you can pop the ice cream in your freezer!

There were many flavors that are not found in Japan.
There are also cream, nut, and chocolate toppings, so you can enjoy many different arrangements.
