This is our usual go-to for late-night ice cream. Tonight, my family and I were treated poorly by the two young ladies working. From the moment we walked in, to ordering and paying, their attitude was terrible as if we were interrupting their night. One young lady, who served my son, made an irritated facial expression at him and didn’t realize I witnessed it. And during checkout, one girl huffed and puffed as more customers continued to walk in. If it’s an issue no one is forcing you to work there. Disappointed and frustrated that this was the treatment and customer service we received. May not go back for a lil while or possibly drive to the other location to avoid this location. Do better

Baskin-Robbins can do no wrong in my book! Although the scoops are pricier here on Oahu, but everything costs more in Hawaii! We love the variety of flavors. The people who work there are always so pleasant. We just wish there were more seating outside this establishment to sit & enjoy it. Take a break & enjoy some ice cream, You Deserve It!

It's a small shop that does not offer 31 flavors but the flavors change according to what's available. It's 2023 and prices have gone up..$9 gets you 2 single scoops.This shop is conveniently located at Moanalua Shopping Ctr and has lots of free parking.

T-Mobile Tuesday is enough reason to get a cool treat..With a single button click it's a $2 credit towards a purchase something cool so you know I'm all over that! Thankfully I was in the area so it was this Moanalua Shopping Center location which is filled with so much to choose from I was already on a mission and headed staring to my 31 flavors.Located more towards the back area right beside Ruby Tuesday parking is not an issue here though it can get filled it a matter of getting a few extra steps is worth making this stop guilt free lol!This location is super super small so small that they don't have all the flavors in their display case and have a menu listing the other flavors they have which didn't do much more me as I'm more a visual decision maker and it doesn't help that they window blast of their Oreo Mega Stuff.Already with a couple that can't decided they allowed me to go ahead of them and not wanting to get my head cluttered with choices I just went for and besides you really can't go wrong...right!?! Ordered a two scoop sundae and it was "Oreo Cookies 'n Cream"...no wait "Oreo 'n Cold Brew"...staff then asked..."would you like to try the cold brew"? Okay it was just amazing so yes! thinking two scoops of that...nope she scooped one of each and "shrug" why not lol!!! I was then asked for hot fudge topping...nah let me tell you they have a hella bunch of other that I won't go over but decided on marshmallow which isn't thick more a thin syrup kinda consistency but it did pair perfect like the center of the Oreo lol!! omg topped with chopped almonds and a cherry it really didn't last very long.Not too sweet and just the right amount to keep me cool it was the scoop of the day!Thank you!

The only reason I give this place a 3 is because I have ordered an ice cream which was amazing! If you are going to get a cake or pie get it here BUT if you want ice cream or small dessert... go somewhere else like daves ice cream. The portions were ridiculously small!! I didn't even take pictures because it was hot and my kids were eating theres up. Learned my lesson not paying that much for one scoop that was like a diet scoop. Lol. I want a cheating on my diet, worth the calories scoop!!! Service was ok. The shop is small so it gets crowded.

My experience today at this location was absolutely horrible! The worker was so rude and so not helpful at all. When we asked if an offer was valid at this store, she replied, YEAH! What do you want!!! We felt like we were bothering her. She had such a bad attitude. It took so much out of me not to say anything back to her. Hey lady, if it weren't for your customers, you wouldn't have a job! If you are having a sh*t day, don't take it out on your customers! Sheesh!
You need to hire someone who is friendly and has good customer service. Someone who loves what they are doing ??

Been in Hawaii for a little over 2 months and have noticed a nasty attitude from the locals to foreigners. Rude lady needs to work on her customer service skills or find another minimum wage paying occupation.

Wanted something super sweet and ice creamy and cold one night. Didn't want to go in and wait forever for them to make my blended mocha blast so I called it in and they made it! Took my doggo with me to pick it up and they gave her a pupcup!!

This Baskin Robins is located near other food shops so after you've had dinner, you can go right over to Baskin Robins for dessert. My friends and I came from Ruby Tuesday's and rather then getting a $12 dessert at Ruby's we went next door to Baskin Robins
