Seriously, it's not that hard. 4 ice creams ordered. 1- 1 scoop, 1- 2 scoop, 1-sundae and 1-layered sundae. Drove home and they forgot to bag 1 of our orders. There was NO ONE in the store and 2 workers. You can remember to clean up early (not even 930) but not bag your ONLY customers orders.

Ordered a cake on short notice, they were able to accommodate and were super helpful. We eat desert here every so often so we know the ice cream is good but they really helped us out by being so accommodating. Great option for last minute party needs, easy to recommend.

Was charged once for a medium strawberry smoothie with banana added. Cashier was busy making the drink , saw the approved sign but was asked to re insert my card again. I have the receipt for Second transaction. Looked at my bank statement online and saw 2 pending transactions from the same establishment. I called in and asked the worker that there is two pending transactions and that I should give it 24hrs. Well 24 hrs went by and the first transaction that was approved went through. Tried calling the establishment but no answer. I got my refund and the cashier working was really friendly and helpful.

This BR is located in Kamehameha Shopping Center next to Times & T-Mobile. There handi parking right in front, so super convenient for those with the placard. It's pretty small inside, and has about two or three two-seater tables available. Not really a place to "dine in". There are some outside seating along Times though if wanting to eat right away. There are lots of flavors available and also other options like milkshakes, cakes, coffee, brownies. When I was pregnant I always craved the browny sundaes here. Anyway, the ice cream is always YUMMY! Can't go wrong with ice cream and the different toppings. They offer a small sample if needed, but with COVID, idk if they still offer that. The service is great. Whenever we come to buy cakes, the girls there makes sure the writing is legible and it's nice. The girls itself are nice too. They smile and welcome customers in. Not once have I had bad service, & hoping not to ever. Anyway, definitely come get your dessert fix here!

I got the new cold brew added to their menu in 2022 and was impressed! You can get it black or with simple syrup and whole milk. According to their website, the cold brew is made from 100% Colombian Roast with flavor notes of milk chocolate. This location is an excellent choice for a break from the Starbucks at Kamehameha Shopping Center. They also have the cappuccino blast that's like a frappuccino with a nice caffeine kick. Or if coffee is not your favorite, you can always go right with getting a delicious scoop of ice cream. Mahalo to the staff, who are always very friendly!

31 flavors, need I say more. All of your old time favorites with a lot of new flavors that will try to tempt you away from your normal go to choice. For me it's their Rocky Road.

Hubby and I came here for ice cream. It's buy one ice cream cone and get one half off per the app. I decided on chocolate royale with chocolate chips inside. It tasted like a rocky road except without the nuts and everything. The chocolate wasn't too rich. It was creamy. Hubby said the cone was stale. Mine was okay. It still had a crunch. That is why I always get my ice cream in a cup. I will get a cone if I know the cones are fresh. There's tables inside to sit and enjoy your ice cream. They even sold drinks. Not sure how much that is. I would get ice cream at any Baskin Robbins. Every location has different flavors. I didn't see my favorite which is ube but it depends on the location. Parking is up front.

This trial was rigorous, it took around an hour, and I may have gotten diabetes from it, but shortly after I felt more connected to our universe. In fact, I can’t even remember my life before I cleansed myself at Baskin-Robins. It’s almost like I’m closer to everything around it, like I’ve been here since the start of this universe we live in. Many who underestimate my power have laughed at me, like I am some joke. But deep inside I know they will never be able to handle the power which I have earned. Other than that, they have some pretty good ice cream.

Actually called 20+ times thorough the day (11 am-5 pm) without any answer. Asked my mom if she could stop by around 5 pm to ask if we could pick up an hr earlier tonight and they told her "No early pick up, pick up is 9:45 pm. 9:30 pm is the LATEST you can pick up." Such a waste of time having to go to this establishment 2x when discussing this on the phone would have been easier.
