I would really never review a chain like this. BUT only 1 reason. The gentleman that worked last night Friday May 24, 2024, closing shift. Did the best job that I ever seen. Kept his composure, greeted and thanked customers. Serviced a continuous line BY HIMSELF. Which included taking orders, making orders and cashiering, AGAIN BY HIMSELF. Did an amazing job. Not only has to be his own security for safety purposes but wow he deserves a raise. Then he has to close the place alone....

Scott is the kindest food service worker I have ever encountered. He seemed to be genuinely happy with his job and our ice cream was incredible, tables clean, great experience all around!

A great addition to a family shopping center. Friendly staff that really makes for a great experience. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors and differen types of Sundae and cone styles. They also have dairy free ice cream. You can custom order ice cream cakes and pints to go. Download their mobile app for coupons and offers. My favorite thing about this location is that they close at 10 Pm.
