This past Friday we had a business meal in the back room. The food was delicious, original and the wait staff explained everything well. I will be returning the this restaurant every time I visit this area. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

This restaurant used to be the go to Italian place in Honolulu. The service is absolutely the best it can be with a very friendly waitress who really stayed on top of everything. The food though, we are not too sure what has happened but is not the WOW this is great anymore. It wasn't bad at all by all means but had no WOW factors they used to have. Hopefully it was just one of those days we happened to dine on the wrong day.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my reservation profile. Many years ago, I entered information into my OpenTable account indicating that I had a crustacean allergy. However, I did not provide any allergy information for this recent reservation. Despite that, it appears that the old allergy data was still used, and one of the dishes in the Christmas dinner was substituted with a very simple ravioli soup instead of the original, more elaborate dish. Over the years, my allergy has significantly improved, and I am now able to eat shrimp without any issues. Because of this, I was disappointed that the outdated allergy information affected my dining experience. I kindly request that OpenTable remove the shellfish allergy information from my profile so that it does not impact future reservations. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Mitsuo

Our 1st time at Bernini! We were pleasantly surprised with the overall dining experience. Great food w/ service to match. Would definitely return.

They initially told me they couldn't redeem my points for cash value and that they couldn't accept the rewards card. It turned out they actually could. I just wish they had checked their system before denying my request. My concern is store manager. He seems to not assisting their staff. And not knowing open table terms and conditions.

Last minute decision to go, and glad I did. Food and service were excellent. Salad with roasted mushrooms was just right. The rigatoni bolognese was wonderful and had room for dessert. Would go again.
