I made a reservation through Open Table for New Year eve. Got the confirmation email day of. Went to the location and it was closed. My night was ruined.
I recently dined at this new restaurant and, unfortunately, had a mixed experience. There was only one server handling the entire establishment, which included at least five indoor tables and a few outdoor ones. This poor server was doing their best, but they were also tasked with being the busser, bartender and food runner, which left them visibly overwhelmed. It was very apologetic to us and other tables. It's disappointing that ownership didn't provide adequate staffing, especially during a busy service. While the server was attentive and worked hard under the circumstances, the lack of support made for a chaotic dining experience. As for the food, the green curry was watery and lacked depth in flavor. The pad Thai had decent flavor, but the noodles were clumped together, which made it difficult to enjoy.
I made an open table reservation which was confirmed, went to the restaurant and the lights were on inside but the doors were locked . They were renovating inside with furniture moved all over. We saw there were a couple people working inside but they didn't even acknowledge us. There was no notification they were closed that day, no sign on the outside that they were closed that day. A waste of time to drive all the way over

Horrible horrible service. We ordered 3 dishes and got 1 dish fairly quickly then never heard from a server for the next 30 mins. The restaurant had only 4 tables being served. We asked them why there was long delay between dishes and we were told that the server forgot to put it in yet, they were able to relay the order back to us meaning someone was lying. Food was good but horrible horrible service.

Service was a bit slow but they were all friendly. The drinks are strong and the food is tasty. Parking is available at whole foods across the street. They can make items very spicy if you ask. I recommend the green curry and the drunken noodles.

I never write bad reviews, but I've been all over the world and when you are looking for a nice new restaurant, with good food, it's dreadful when you come across a restaurant that isn't good at all, so I feel that I must warn you! I've been to the best Thai restaurants, and this place needs a new recipe and a new cook. The "curry" was watery, cheap, and tasteless. The rice was mushy, and clumped together. My date agreed, so it wasn't just me. The service couldn't be more rude if they tried. There are much better Thai restaurants on Oahu - certainly not this one, claiming to be "Better."

I don’t know what happened to this place. Not sure if they changed owners or chefs, but this used to be our go-to Thai spot down the street. Me and my partner just ordered the SEAFOOD penang curry and I ended up finding and biting into a piece of beef in my curry. We also ordered the pad kee mao with tofu & veggies. Not only was it super bland, I found small pieces of beef in it as well. It’s wild to me that there’s meat in a dish that was supposed to be only seafood or vegetarian. It makes me think they don’t clean or switch out the pans they cook with for different orders. It’s terrible quality and thoughtless cooking. Last time we’re ordering from here.

This is real Thai food. When you ask spicy they make it spicy but really Thai spicy. This place is a treasure for people who love real Thai food. I come from Asia and it was the closest to my home food
We went for lunch time and the place was rather empty (so the 3 stars)

both their website and phone number were down for ordering takeout which wasn't a great first impression. the atmosphere was absolutely dead when we got there so i was glad to leave ASAP, but we waited maybe fifteen minutes between ordering and getting our food — not bad at all. the panang curry and khao soi were incredibly aromatic with great depths of flavor. takeout portions are humongous too, so you definitely get your money's worth here.
