Great ice cream, but please update your hours. I visited Monday and Tuesday between 4-530 and there was no one there. No signage, no nothing. I couldn’t even call to confirm hours of operations on Tuesday because there is no public listing of a phone number. Please value people’s time.

Located above the supermarket (go through the shop and upstairs). I had some lovely flavours here and would recommend the ice cream. If you choose to sit in there’s seat in the food court. A great place to eat tasty ice cream if you are in the area but I wouldn’t come for the atmosphere or a date maybe.

staff is really rude and not helpful. asked a few questions about allergies and they rolled their eyes and shrugged.
wouldn't trust a place that doesn't train their staff well.
Dietary restrictions: worst experience with allergies. staff is extremely ignorant about their products so I would not recommend eating here if you have dietary restrictions/ allergies

I made a special trip here because their website says they are open at 11:00 a.m. however I've been here for 15 minutes now, it's 11:15 a.m., and I'm giving up. I will go somewhere else. I will change my rating should I ever get by here again and they are open and I can actually try their ice cream.

Went here with my boyfriend after hearing great reviews of this place. The server was nice enough to tell us that they were open but didn’t have enough spoons. So we ventured around asking for spoons and ordered two scoops: Oreo and Matcha.This icecream shop lives up to their name and I’m glad I came here to try it out. Truly recommend for a quick pick me up if you want something sweet.The icecream is thick and flavorful with good-sized scoops to keep you satisfied. (:The icecream was very good- boyfriend

Ordered: coconut with ube, macho matcha and cereal killerThe texture of the ice cream was too soft and the flavour was weak. The matcha bought downstairs in tubs are more flavourful. This was quite disappointing, especially since we went mid-day and it wasn’t busy. Generally would not recommend.The ube in the coconut ice cream was pleasant though.
