They have a huge picture board with their menu. I picked the lambchops and garlic shrimp combo. It was very good. 2 lambchops were tender and cooked to perfection. Garlic shrimp (6) were delicious. First time getting food from here and it was a nice surprise. I will be back.

This place is one of those hole in the wall places with pretty good food, and good prices. But most of the times I went we weren’t charged what the menu says the price was. We decided that wasn’t a huge deal so we kept going back. Also customer service around Waikiki hasn’t been very friendly and this place was no exception except for a couple times. There are also a lot of birds here since it is outside.

I really liked this place. The food was good the music was good. I don’t want to say the people were rude but they definitely would catch attitudes when asked questions. Food was decently priced however they often charged us more than the menu said it was priced at. Not a huge deal but definitely worth noting.

Sorry when on vacation in Hawaii that's already expensive paying over 70$ for two plates I don't think anybody should feel obligated to leave a tip specially when it's self service you go and get your food and you go and clean up after yourself.If I would be a millionaire I would be more than happy to leave a big tip.I don't know what happen but after the lady seen I didn't tip she look at me in the way noone did before.Than the oysters I ordered were bad.All filled up with brown liquid tasting horrible I immediately spited out.I lived by the ocean for years I can tell you what's good and what's not.Sorry not eating in food trucks again.

Came across the Blue Ocean Seafood and Steak truck whilst walking on Kuhio Avenue. I was told to try a Poké Bowl whilst I was visiting Hawaii and so I ordered the Hawaiian Ahi Poké. It was a very refreshing meal and the fish tasted very fresh. Next time I will need to try the other dishes as they looked so good. The atmosphere at the park and dining tables was chilled but the tunes on the loudspeaker gave it a cool vibe.

I went here looking for mahi mahi at a decent price, I paid forty bucks for some snow crab and some mahi, the crab was kinda dry and the mahi was definitely dry but it all tasted great regardless, just wish more care was taken when cooking it, other a decent experience

Blue Ocean Seafood and Steak doesn’t look like much from the outside — it’s literally a big blue converted seacan — but don’t let that fool you. This place is so worth a stop! The menu is huge, the combo prices are great, and the food is way better than you’d expect from such an unassuming setup.

I ordered the lamb and prime rib combo, and honestly, I’m still thinking about it. Both were cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and totally melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I went around 6:30pm on a Sunday and got my food within 15 minutes of ordering, which blew me away.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They’ve got upbeat hits playing over the speakers, which adds a fun vibe — maybe not the best for a romantic date, but perfect for a casual, easygoing meal.

If you’re hesitating about checking this place out, don’t. Go. You’ll thank yourself later!

I had a cheeseburger, it wasn't good and it was pricey. The seating area is limited and it feels like a back alley with low light. I gave it a chance anyway because of the good reviews. I don't recommend.
