I ordered an avocado toast and a smoothie, but the avocado toast was completely soaked in vinegar. She poured way too much vinegar on the toast. The bread had absorbed the balsamic vinegar and was black and inedible — so disappointing. My avocado toast was clearly made wrong compared to the photos of their previous ones. I felt like it was done on purpose. I used to enjoy their coffee, which is actually quite good, so I decided to try their sandwiches for lunch — but I don’t think I’ll be ordering their sandwiches again.

Love this location for working and enjoying a quick bite/drink. The service each time I have been has been mostly friendly. The oat bites are delicious and the hojicha drink is 🔥. There is parking in the building that is designated for the location.

My sister and I came in and ordered a smoothie and acai bowl. It took almost 1 full hour to get our order. I thought I was being pranked. Was not “busy” at all

I've been going here regularly for about 6 months now and it just seems to be getting worse. I think today was my last visit, at least for a while.

I'm not sure the exact cause of today's debacle, but the previously quick and delicious service was replaced with two sad excuses for food and flavorless foamed milks. The menu said they were out of smoothies, but our acai bowl would beg to differ.

I used to really like this place (~2014), but I’ve been consistently disappointed lately. Their menu on the website was old, so the tofu curry wrap I was looking to get wasn’t an option. There is no longer a vegan sandwich option. Food options are limited, and only 4 smoothies.
We got a smoothie and an açaí bowl. Both were “eh”. Using Orgain protein powder (I’m not a fan, as the flavor is overpowering), and Skippy peanut butter. Soupy consistency.
Staff wasn’t able to answer questions about ingredients, which isn’t comforting when having an allergy. Not large portion sizes.
Appreciated having “for here” option to avoid disposables.
Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a meal, but maybe a good choice for a meeting.

Purple Cloud Latte is the best! I get this all the time! The prices are cheaper than other cafes! The decor for both locations are cute. They have an app as well (Aoki Rewards.)

I usually don't write reviews, but I have to say that the coffee here are not that good. But they are not that busy so if you need a quiet place to relax and study it's definitely worth it. The staffs are kind, but I actually have to say the coffee needs some improvements.

Had this coffee at Doraku Sushi Kaka'ako next door and it was VERY good.

The atmosphere was calm and cozy.
I am honestly traumatized by their chai tea latte. It tasted horrible. Like mostly milk with cinnamon. I asked them to remake and they were kind about it and they remade it but still tasted bad.
My friend got a smoothie and it was also very mid for how pricey they were.

The staff were kind. And ambience is great. Just wish the drinks there were better.
