I don’t regret trying it, but I probably won’t go back either.
I got a Toscano sandwich. When I placed my order at the counter, the cashier asked for my phone number so that she could call me when my sandwich is ready…an ominous sign. Sure enough, it took a whole 30 minutes for my food to be prepared. Even considering that everything is made fresh, that’s still a lengthy wait for a deli, especially considering that there were only two people ahead of me in the queue. Pick up was also weird…I went to the counter with the “Pick Up” sign hanging over it, but was told to get my food from the counter with the “Order Here” sign hanging over it. Not sure why.
I ate at their premises. They have a small converted garage with some tables, but the ventilation is poor. The taste of the sandwich was very good. The cured meats had an especially robust flavor. However, like most sandwich joints these days, the price is pretty high. At $20+ per sandwich, it definitely won’t become a regular lunch spot for me.

Service is extremely slow. They do not have waitresses service but when you order and pay they want 18% or more. It doesnt make sense! !! Food is sometimes salty (too much salt and pepper on the cheese) sometimes good. Budget an hour or more waiting to receive your order, seriously. If you don’t tip the 25% max they will make you wait more than 1hour. Italian customers get samples of gelato while they wait, the rest of the customers get nothing! How rude is that!

I have 3 stars due to the lack of time given for online orders. Don't waste your time ordering ahead online. I was given a time. When i get there at the time given, I'm told there's still 6 orders ahead of mine. Waste of my time and waste of my customers time. Just walk in, no point in ordering online just come in wait online and you'll get your food way before anybody else.

I got the Salsiccia & Porcini mushroom pizza. I'm not sure if it was the olive oil, the bread, or the base sauce, but even without the toppings it would've been the most flavorful pizza I've had. And I loved the toppings. The cheese choice for each meal was so delicious and everything was cooked just right.
The size of the items are hard to tell from the photos but it's big enough to share with another person. But we each got our own so we could try as much of the menu as possible!
If they have the cremini caffe when you go, you gotta try it too. It's really creamy, the coffee flavor isn't too strong, and the sweetness is just right. Plus, it was so refreshing on a hot day like today.
