I ordered an acai bowl and garlic shrimp fried rice to take away. I stopped by around 2:00pm on my way back from climbing Diamond Head, and although the store was empty, the parking lot was crowded. The acai bowl and garlic shrimp fried rice were both excellent. It's a large portion, so if you're a small eater, it might be a good idea to share it with 2 to 3 people. The cashier could speak Japanese, and there seems to be a Japanese menu as well.
I arrived at the store around 10am on a Friday morning by renting a car, and was able to get in without lining up.
We had an acai bowl, eggs benedict, waffles, and coffee.
Everything was delicious.
The store clerk who spoke Japanese was kind and accommodating.
