Finally dined here and they close tomorrow. Loved the food. We had the pizza, the fettuccine alfredo, chicken parm, lasanga and the sangria for drinks. They really just needed to update the setup and not put groups people so close while separating others. It was obvious.

Poor management.
Came in on a nonbusy, Tuesday at 8:04 PM, and the hostess didn't let us sit as last seating at 8:00 PM and just like that. Btw they close at 9:30 PM-
Very disappointing. Have dined here an several occasions in the years past. Service, food, and value was adequate...but not tonight I assume the poor service and food is due to the fact the this location, the only one here, is closing in two weeks. The hostess was very good but that is where it ended. Chose family size menu. The chicken saltimbocca amounted to three pieces that appeared to look like boneless, skinless breasts that were over cooked. Waiter brought water, took our order and after we finished our meal, brought the check. Did not refill water or ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. Other staff delivered the food. Pity!
John was our server and he was amazing and super funny so sad is closing on may 10

My family and I were very excited to dine in and get some family favorites. Unfortunately, there were many items that were missing for the day's menu. The comment was we were out of this and that and .....and thus our expectations were quickly diminished and we quickly needed to change our options. Staffing seemed to be low so the wait times for service, food, and the check was longer than anticipated. Food was well cooked and consistent however.
Me and my wife tried calling before coming to this restaurant and the phone rang for 10 mins before we hung up. So we got a Lyft there. And on arrival we saw it wasn't busy at all, more then 10 tables open and bar area was open aswell. Yet as soon as walking in there was a note at front desk saying no walk in's reservation only, even though it was not busy. If they would just answer there phones then we would of never waisted our time coming out. So we tried reserving for next day and same thing again even though we drove by and saw it wasn't busy. This is very unprofessional!

We had reservations when the restaurant opened and was seated on time, but after that everything went downhill. We ordered our food, and it took our server almost half an hour to come back and tell us that they weren't going to make pizza today. (My family and I can't understand why it would take half an hour to tell us that). The rest of our food took over an hour to come and when it did come it wasn't hot; warm at best. My son, who had originally ordered the kids pizza, waited over 2 hours just for spaghetti with marinara sauce and it didn't come, so we told our server to just cancel our order. Wasted over 2 hours here and not all of us even got our food!

The kitchen told our waiter 20 minutes after we ordered that no pizzas would be made that night. Our broccoli was extremely crunchy and watery with no salt. Finally, our waiter infrequently checked on us, took 20 minutes to bring our wine, and forgot to bring bread he promised until we were nearly done with dinner.
Food is usually great & the wait help us usually very friendly. We love having a few appetizers, salad & a simple entrée. Our waitress let us know when our salad & appetizer was coming out. Timing of food was perfect.
Food was good, but be aware that they have family meals so everything is made for 2to 3 people. Also, my husband wanted soup, but we were told that they are not serving it now...probably since this location is closing it's doors soon.
I had a quick dinner 2 months ago at Buca and the food was so good that when I was planning for an Easter dinner, I thought to myself, why not make it Italian. I placed the order the day before and told them that I was going to pick it up on Saturday for an Easter Sunday meal…what would they recommend for a meal that would be in the refrigerator and reheat?I did the pick up around 11 am. THE MEAL CAME OUT beautifully packaged, someone actually walked it out with me (nice). But when I got it in the car, I went back because they did not give me a receipt, nor did they give me instructions on how to reheat it. The total meal cost over $400.When I got home, i was shocked. The reheating instructions was about reheating turkey, stuffing, potato. I opened up a the bread and there were sliced pieces of bread, it seemed to be day old. Parts of it was burnt and other parts seem to be uncooked. The chicken Limon—was nearly $100, but lacked the sauce. I ended up adding additional sauce that I made. The chicken Alfredo, did not have chicken, but it had a whole bunch of noodles. The lasagna was so dry. I must say the Caesar salad was very good and the antipasto salad which we ate on Monday was also delicious.Well I heard the Buca De Beppo was going out of business in May, I wonder if they have already given up on their quality control department.
