Me and my wife tried calling before coming to this restaurant and the phone rang for 10 mins before we hung up. So we got a Lyft there. And on arrival we saw it wasn't busy at all, more then 10 tables open and bar area was open aswell. Yet as soon as walking in there was a note at front desk saying no walk in's reservation only, even though it was not busy. If they would just answer there phones then we would of never waisted our time coming out. So we tried reserving for next day and same thing again even though we drove by and saw it wasn't busy. This is very unprofessional!

I had a quick dinner 2 months ago at Buca and the food was so good that when I was planning for an Easter dinner, I thought to myself, why not make it Italian. I placed the order the day before and told them that I was going to pick it up on Saturday for an Easter Sunday meal…what would they recommend for a meal that would be in the refrigerator and reheat?I did the pick up around 11 am. THE MEAL CAME OUT beautifully packaged, someone actually walked it out with me (nice). But when I got it in the car, I went back because they did not give me a receipt, nor did they give me instructions on how to reheat it. The total meal cost over $400.When I got home, i was shocked. The reheating instructions was about reheating turkey, stuffing, potato. I opened up a the bread and there were sliced pieces of bread, it seemed to be day old. Parts of it was burnt and other parts seem to be uncooked. The chicken Limon—was nearly $100, but lacked the sauce. I ended up adding additional sauce that I made. The chicken Alfredo, did not have chicken, but it had a whole bunch of noodles. The lasagna was so dry. I must say the Caesar salad was very good and the antipasto salad which we ate on Monday was also delicious.Well I heard the Buca De Beppo was going out of business in May, I wonder if they have already given up on their quality control department.

Worst service received in a long time. Ordered Caesar salad and pepperoni pizza. Got the salad first, waited and waited and waited but no pizza after almost an hour. Called waitress to ask when getting pizza. Her piss-poor answer was she was waiting for us to finish our salad because she considered it our "appetizer"!!! So if we continued to wait for pizza to eat with our salad we would have waited FOREVER! We also asked for chili flakes for our pizza.........never came.It's no wonder they're going out of business!!!

Every year when my husband and I travel to Hawaii, we always want to eat at Buka di Beppo at least once during our stay.The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and I love the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant.I had always wanted to come to HAWAII with my son, wife, daughter, and grandchildren, and I wanted to take them to Bukadi as well, and this has now become a reality.It was also my husband's birthday, so we used it as a family of 10.If you become a member of Bukadi Beppo, you will receive many email notifications.Everyone was overjoyed and moved by receiving commemorative photos, having birthday candles and congratulatory calls from the staff, and being treated to a large ice cream cake from the shop.There are many menus and large portions that kids will love, so it's perfect for large parties and reservations.It was a wonderful memory with my family.Thank you.Kid-friendliness: We have a menu that is easy for children to enjoy.

Worst experience ever.The service was the worst I've ever received from the male server with bleached, yellow hair. Christine was fine.Absolute waste of $1096 spent and what was supposed to be a memorable and enjoyable dinner with colleagues, completely ruined.

I was trying to make phone order for take out but they said they can’t take it anymore so I was discussing with my family that if we have to just dine in but employee just hang up. That was very rude and unprofessional. I’m working as cashier too but I’ve never hang up like that.
In a slower nite the service was extremely slow. Took 20min at the bar table for a menu then another 7min for my order to be taken. Took 26min to receive a Ceasars salad, which wasn't great. Had whilty lettuce and almost stale croutons. Definitely not worth my time.
