We were there on salsa night, so if you don't want music while dining, be warned. I am always a fan of a rooftop with a vibe, especially as Waikiki does not offer much in the way of Mexican food and can be a sleepy happy hour town by comparison. The service and atmosphere was on point. Food was good, not great.
It was an early dinner on a Friday, not our usual Saturday night for the live music of Eddie Ortiz and the Son Caribe band.
We were welcomed like old friends, by all and sundry;
and then, the best waitress we have ever met: Bonia !!! You remembered us from the first time we had your help, weeks ago!

Wonderful experience with Bonya as my server. Live salsa band and DJ afterwards on Saturday nights on an open air rooftop. Grilled shrimp tacos were solid (as a snob from So Cal). Thank you Bonya!
