Listen. It’s Burger King right? But! This is the best Burger King on the planet. I travel a lot. And this one is the best. My burger was piping hot. Not once but 3 Times. The folks that work here are super friendly. The place is reasonably clean. I mean if you don’t like Burger King, move along to whatever it is you like. But if you like Burger King try this one. It’s fantastic!

Have always loved the burgers at Burger King, but this location consistently misses the mark on service. When the food already cost a lot, the service shouldn't be lacking, especially for a drive thru. This was after 8pm.
The person taking my order at the drive thru seemed new, wasn't speaking loud enough and was mumbling... no there was nothing wring with the speaker system. When I had completed my order, I waited an awkwardly long time for any confirmation or repeat of my order. In fact, they didn't repeat it. When I asked if it was okay to pull forward, another female voice practically yelled at me, "yes, go ahead!" I'm just going to assume she was upset at the drive thru person taking the order because I could hear their a little of their conversation the entire time.
There were only 2 cars in front of me when I placed my order... it still took me over 12 minutes to get my order after giving it over the intercom.
The food on the other hand, was to be expected... mostly. I swear the Whopper Jr. got even smaller. Not much of a value menu for $8. I would have been better off just ordering a $16 Whopper combo to fill me up.

Might as well not be open. No one came to the counter or even looked at me. Also, the store only accepts cash but I didn't see the sign till I was walking out after not having anyone even look up from the back. How long should you just stand there?

This restaurant closes at 10pm , but drive through till midnight .
Drive through took 25 minutes for two cars. Food was lukewarm and slightly mushy.

Kind of hidden and a bit hard to access by car. Nice and quiet during off peak hours. Somewhat pricey compared to McDonald's.
Parking: Usually plenty of parking on premises. It is sometimes hard to get in or out of the parking lot due to busy traffic on the left lane turning left toward Ala Moana Center and Walmart on Keeaumoku.

Made me buy something to use the restroom. I could either wet myself, pee outside, or get bullied into buying something. My suggestion would be to have a small fee to use the restroom if we're not buying food. It's illegal to pee outside. Punishable by up to $1000 and 6 months in county jail. Next time I'm just going to buy a small fry ir whatever is cheapest. I hate burger King now.
