Food was fast food, not much there. Soda fountains are “out of service”. Based on other reviews and the yellowing of the signage on them, I’d say they just don’t want to give out refills and have really closed them down. Service was okay, order was taken quickly, but definitely felt like I was a burden for the lady taking my order. Food came out hot, but a little slow. Hot food was a plus. Parking lot sucks; it seems like the lot was an afterthought, just like everything else on this island.

So far so good. Once in a while, if you wanna eat burgers.... this is the place. Big, tasty and beef burgers. Not crowded. Food comes fast within 1-3 mins. Clean, kind and fast service. They may need to improve their marketing and app services. Hope they will get more people.
This Burger King is great. It seems like all the other restaurants have very long lines. Especially Taco Bell. I was in and out and the food was great!

Kid-friendliness: OMG my son loves to jus let loose and do some laps while giggling and laughing all around and around the place and they allow him with the most uplifting spirit ? but of course we show it right back when there's more customers coming in.. ? on the kid friendliness ?
It's expensive. It's a price that allows you to eat pretty good food in Japan. However, the portion is Hawaiian size. I can't eat it, I can't drink it. I can't carry it around. Onion fries are super delicious, but I'm sure you'll get tired of them.
We stopped at Burger King several times during our holidays and we always ate very well, well-stuffed and well-cooked sandwiches and super abundant! THE BACON KING rocks!

The Travelling Crone Curiosity Shop, LLC
First of all let me say this, it was not crowded at all. There were only two people in the store, me and someone else. The girl behind the counter was in such a hurry to get you out of the front of her, and so incredibly rude, it pissed me off. Once I got my food, she announced she was going on her break. I guess that's what all of the rush was about! It was in the afternoon, right before the school across the street was released, probably between 1:30 and 2pm. So don't go during that time when that person is possibly going to serve you. The tables were dirty and there was no one wiping them...2 customers and no one could clean the tables???

This is a Burger King for locals with parking and a drive-thru. There is no ordering machine, so you order in detail at the counter. I noticed in Hawaii that they don't have Coca-Cola Zero. I have no choice but to order a Diet Coke. This is not limited to this store. For some reason, it's not available in Hawaii yet.

We go to this fast food once in a while. We went today and ordered 2 whopper meal. We got home and my whopper has a black hair kinda curled underneath my sandwich inside the wrapper. I tried contacting the store almost a dozen dial but no one pick up the phone. Server was ok, not excellent! But i wish they answer their phone! Manager should at least ANSWER THEIR PHONE!McDo? One ring manager answer right away. My experience! True experience!I am very disappointed that no one answered the call! I guess! Bk dont take phone call?????.
