What an absolute terrible service at this restaurant, though people are incompetent. My order was incorrect, and the employees are extremely rude. This is a Burger King that might be close to be going out of business like every other Burger King that went out of business in Hawaii because of the terrible service that they have please get better service if not, we will not have any more Burger King‘s in Hawaii

Nice seating area, out of order sign on fountain drinks but it works for refills if dining in. Food is fast food, but vanilla cone is bigger than mcds. Also currently have a SpongeBob collab. Need key for restrooms. Lady mgr is nice for checking on my order taking long.

Now, I don't know about alot of you, but I love Burger King. Their burgers taste the best to my pallette, but this is also the one burger King that still holds old school nostalgia of the colorful and fun seats from back during me and my fiances childhood. And they still give out the crowns! Yes, I have my childish moments and I still love grabbing them. Allow your inner child to wear the crown as you feast on a burger King classic. :)

10/15/2025. On this visit it was oustanding. Not bust at all. Great customer service for dine in. Drive Thurs was a bit busy but no complaints from anyone there. Great staff tonight. Highly recommended

Could sense the employee's attitude from a mile away. She threw people's food on the counter. Was negative. It's not like they were busy either. Tables were not cleaned crumbs, and burger lettuce on the table. Couldn't sit down and eat without getting someone's food particles on me. Not one but multiple tables were dirty. Won't be coming here again. If you treat me with negativity you don't deserve my cash period.
I ordered 2 medium frozem strawberry drinks, I got 2 frozen sodas w/o notifications of replacement

I was surprised that they were actually nice to me. Most fast food joints around here have very mean workers. Even better the food was fresh and good. I even sat down and enjoyed my meal for once instead of having to run to my car and eat. That's how chill it was there.
