Incredibly slow. Being in an airport, it is expensive for BK. The lady bagging the food handled money and then the food without changing gloves. This is a serious cross contamination issue and needs to be addressed immediately.

This is for the location near the G gates. The place seemed incredibly disorganized. The gal at the counter was a bit rude, and multiple people ahead of me had issues with their orders. I don't reccomend ordering anything complicated, just the basics. My order was correct, but I waited 15 minutes when it didn't seem very busy. The chicken fries were hot. My cheeseburger was just warm, but I did eat that second so it had some time to cool on tlmy walk to my gate. So far so good with how it's settling. If you're in a rush, avoid. If you customize your sandwiches, avoid. For a simple BK experience you have a little wiggle room for, it's ok.

Worst service ever along with a dirty guest dining area. I asked for the tables to be cleaned (all 15) and I got a crazy look lol she never came out to clean the tables and guests were forced to eat at dirty tables or walk away - airport service on Hawaiian time (slow).French toast sticks were somewhat cold. Croissant breakfast sandwiches were somewhat warm.Entire location just needs management to step up. Sure, it's the airport and people come and go, but you'd like them to keep coming back to your city.

Don’t even want to give this one star. Getting ready to leave and had to feed 7 kids (two families) everyone in the restaurant was shouting and screaming as there was “only chicken left” ended up getting a combination of sandwiches, chicken sticks and nuggets. Everything was cold and soggy. No one could even stomach a thing, everything ended up in the trash. Was a complete waste of $200. Do not recommend even stopping. Get a cholocate bar out of the vending machine and save yourself both time and money.

Steer clear of this place. You'll have to ask for a straw if you need one (and who drinks Coke without a straw?). The staff act like they're royalty, and the prices are sky-high. As for the food, it's utterly disappointing.

Getting ready to go back home LAX and decided to have some Burger King at the food court inside the Honolulu airport . Shout out to Boss Lady , David and the ladies in the kitchen making the food , my fish sandwich was fire my daughter’s sandwich was also well made ? . Mahalo ?

Grab a quick bit while waiting for our leaving flight. With in 1 hour I had Excessively diarrhea and vomiting for the next 12 hours. Also my son threw up. We both were fine beforehand. Had chicken nuggets and the chicken fries.

Burgers are soggy and oily, does not give extra straws. When asking for an extra straw, the attitude of the manager was horrible, blatant “no.” How am I supposed to drink out of a soggy straw that had dissolved in the soda???

$50 for two meals? Did we portal over to Switzerland? The soda fountain didn't even fizz the drink, and the paper straw lasted 5 seconds before it broke apart. The food was cold and awful.
