The food took way too long. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos on top. When the pizza finally arrived, there were about five jalapenos on top. I had to order extra jalapenos in a cup, and those never even arrived. Pizza was great, but the lemonade was bitter.

Black and ignored! Waited for a server for over 30 minutes. When I asked to speak with a manager, he disregarded my complaint. Do not recommend!!

CPK Ala Moana surprisingly not busy this evening for dinner. We walked in and was seated immediately. Had dinner with my son. Ordered the usual Mexican corn, Shrimp and chicken lettuce wrap, BBQ chicken pizza and BBQ chicken salad. Our server was this young gentleman. He was wonderful. Very attentive. Quick service. Can't complain. Wish I remembered his name but we were seated immediately to the right side of the restaurant. That was his section. He needed to be recognized for being such a hard worker. Made our experience very pleasant I meant to post this review for the ALA MOANA Location!!!!?!!

Food was good, service was friendly and prompt and it has been beautiful weather to sit outside and enjoy a drink and eat some pizza. I had the Sicilian and my son a classic pepperoni. Recommend for a quick bite that won't break the bank!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 5 items got 4 delivered. Figured it would be easy since they only needed one hand to count on to get the order correct. Worst part is when I called to talk to a manger, was hung up on multiple times before anyone actually talked to me. When someone finally did they tried to tell me they were in the middle of a dinner rush-apparently she thought my dinner didnt matter. Not to worry their food is over rated and I wont ever give them business again. FYI a bunch of excellent food trucks opened on Kalakaua and Pau street- I suggest giving them business instead of mainland chain restaurant. To update this review- We went a few months later for my step sons birthday. Waited 20 minutes to be sat even though the dining area was essentially empty-see picture. Waited another 10 minutes for a server, another 30 for food and the pizza we ordered never even came. Terrible, just terrible. The only positive is the server was super cool and the mojito was great. Just not worth the long wait-under staffed most likely.

Wanted a quick salad so I ordered a full Cobb Salad with ranch dressing to go online. The website was easy to use and the time that the salad would be ready was reasonable. Once you get in the restaurant, you need to go to the left to pick up online orders. The salad was ready before the stated time which was great. Unfortunately the Cobb salad didn't come with any avocado and I didn't notice until after I left the restaurant and got ready to eat. I dug around the salad and it was not under any of the other items. On the plus side, there seemed to be a lot of bacon. Was disappointed about the lack of avocado and I doubled checked the menu and it stated avocado on the website. I regretfully already tipped when I paid on the website.

The worst dining experience I have had in a very long time, if ever. I try to refrain from poor reviews because I understand things happen, but this time I cannot ignore. To begin with, the interior of the restaurant smells horrible. I suspect there is mold or asbestos, I could barely walk in, but our group could not walk to another location so I conceded and sat outside. Service from our assigned waitress, Rose, was simply terrible. We saw her once and she never returned with what we asked for. Her sweet colleagues tried to help - took our order and delivered it; we very much appreciated the help from them. The order ended up being incorrect, not surprising. I highly discourage dining here, avoid at all costs. We wanted something quick and simple, but what we got was a terrible experience, wish we had gone to McDonalds. CPK do better! Remove the carpet and hire and train enough servers.

I don't rlly understand why they made us wait 10-15 min for a table when there's a bunch of tables that aren't in used inside. There was hardly anyone dining (roughly 3 groups of family inside, 2 groups out on the 2nd floor, and the rest are sitting in the bar area. We came around 5:30pm for dinner and the space was really big and spacious, yet the service was kinda slow. There was only maybe 2-3 ppl working on the day that I dine in. We ordered a california club pizza, the bbq pizza, and the shrimp scampi zucchini. I feel like these pizzas weren't made on the spot or fresh enough. It seems like it was frozen pizza and were put in the oven for a few minutes before they were plated to us. I thought the bbq pizza was decent, and the california club was just okay. I'm not a big fan of avocados , but everything else was refreshing to eat on a pizza. It's like a salad. The pasta was not my favorite. It was too creamy/cheesy for my liking and I got sick of it after eating a noodle. The drinks were good though.

California Pizza Kitchen is an excellent option for families, couples, and small groups. Groups of 4 are accommodated on the patio with a view to the street for people watching. The food at California Pizza Kitchen is reliably good. If you liked something off the menu in Los Angeles or San Francisco you will like it in Waikiki. However, I feel I have to point out one thing that management at this location needs to attend to: there is a bad smell when you enter the restaurant (not garbage or sewage but something musty or moldy). If outdoor seating weren’t available I would have left as the smell was too much for me.

Highly overrated. Although food was tasty, spaghetti is not that expensive. The amount given is quite a joke. The bolognese lacked any recognition of meat. There are far better alternatives.

I still love the Spinach Artichoke Dip but was disappointed with the chicken pizza I ordered. I didn't care for the sweet-tasting sauce on top. I was sad to find out they don't serve their Waldorf Salad anymore for a legit reason I guess, but that was another favorite. Granted we hadn't been there for a long while so things had changed except the ambiance. The service was ok. We may not be back for a long while.

Here we are...New Years Eve, having dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen in Waikiki. Short wait, but got in before the line ups. I ordered the West Coast Burger and my wife had the Caesar Salad. Fantastic flavour for my burger. One thing I would change with this burger though, I would toast the bun since I was only able to get through about half before the bun was completely crumbled and had to use a fork to eat the rest. The salad was perfect with nice fresh lettuce, right amount of dressing and fresh parmesan cheese. The decor is simple, but we found it hard to slide our chairs in on the outside deck. Our server Annie was exceptional. We have been here before and will be back on our next trip to Waikiki.

Don't go here when sightseeing. They don't ask for tips and pay the maximum amount on their own.

Food, service and ambiance was good. We order take out and walked to pick it up while staying with here on vacation. Convenient location not far from our hotel, Royal Hawaiian.

This was one of the worst dinners we have ever had. Seated in a corner of the balcony that felt like a warehouse. PIzza == margerita plain cheese no tomato sauce -- was like elementary school pizza. Cheese was not fresh, was spare, dough was hard and tasteless. Service was ok.
