I love the place but the last 2 times I went, the bathroom was dirty the lighting was dim, it usually stinks, toilet paper is usually out, the trash can was over filled. The food was good though.
High expectations! Ive had the pizza and I loved it when I experienced California pizza kitchen for the first time a few months ago. I carried the expectations when I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta dish. The strawberry sangria rose was delicious and my taste buds were watering. When the piping hot plate came I dove into the dish. Nada, it was disappointing and bland. I don’t know if it was the sauce but it was very bland. Would I recommend this dish? Absolutely not. Order the pizza, that’s what it said in the title. I would still recommend this place but only for the pizza.

This was my second visit and last time I had pizza, this time I had pasta. However, the pasta I ate this time was not satisfactory, so I will leave a review so that others can see it before going here.This time I ordered fettuccine pasta and meat sauce pasta, but the fettuccine pasta was cold by the time it came out, and it seemed like a long time had passed since the noodles were hard and all stuck together. I didn't really enjoy paying more than $20 for the food, so I don't recommend it to Japanese people. Rather than being hard-boiled, it seems that there wasn't enough time to boil it, so it seemed to have been left out for a while after it was finished, perhaps because it was being served with a friend's meal. To be honest, it was my first time to eat such bad food at a restaurant, so I was a little disappointed. The meat sauce pasta that my friend ate didn't seem to be satisfying either.Since I didn't have time, I didn't request a refund or a remake even though it was this bad, but I would like everyone to be aware of this before going.Looking at other reviews, it seems that the pasta is often hard and stuck together. The pizza I had last time was delicious, so I recommend everyone to order pizza. The atmosphere and customer service other than the food was very good, so I think it would be nice if you could check the taste of the food before serving it.

Disappointed. This is barely half of the usual amount of soup. Why? I did not paid for half of cup. And for the bread , you need to ask for it, it’s doesn’t came with it anymore? Disappointed again.

I recommend going to this location as they had great service! My server was Staci and she anticipated all of our needs from refilling our drinks to checking up on us. She made our dining experience pleasant. We went to dine here during happy hour and the appetizers were 50% off! They even have a new appetizer on the menu which was the lettuce wrap. My mom enjoyed it and it had a good serving size of the lettuce and the meat. Definitely a must try! I ordered their veggie pizza and my partner had a West Coast Burger. It was cooked to perfection! We had pineapple on the side from the kid's menu. It was brown and not fresh though which sucked. Other than that, everything was good. Not many people there as it was around 4pm. I'd come back again around this time to enjoy happy hour

Haven't been to CPK in years and this was a nice, welcoming experience. We were a party of 11 and everyone's food looked amazing - pizzas, salads, pastas, and... a burger? (more about that in a sec) We were sat next to the outdoor seatings. Not quite exposed to the elements, but still enough sunlight to go around. Thankfully, it was a nice day. Anyways, I know I'll get some heat for ordering a burger at CPK, but what the hell. It was a "West Coast" burger! I had to try it. The meal came with potato wedges. The burger was pretty good! The wedges were, well, wedges. Good stuff. It was a generous serving and though I cleaned the plate rather nicely, I still felt like I got my value out of it. Takeaway is this: go try a burger at your next visit to CPK -- you won't regret it! (I'm telling you this because I love you.)
Coming in we were greeted pleasantly right away and got sat immediately. Our server came up frequently to fill our waters, take empty plates, and check in with us. Our food was delicious; We will definitely be getting the mac n cheese as well as the spinach artichoke dip again. The restaurant was nice, however, one of our chairs had some crumbs all over it which was concerning considering we came the second they opened so everything should've been clean. It didn't affect anything at all though and we still had an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back before a shift again.

The service was great! The wait staff was very attentive to the needs of the table without hovering over us The food was very good. There was an ample selection or appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pastas. What was great was the food was brought to the table within 5-10 minutes from the time the order was placed. The restaurant was very clean. The open air setting was quite pleasant. Definitely a place to get a good meal at reasonable prices

The pizza and the service were very nice except the lady in the front.We asked how many people, so I said 3, but the lady said to wait to be seated because the table is not ready. We looked around and found that more than half of the tables were free.When we were allowed to sit after around 10 minutes at 16:55, we saw a happy hour booklet, which is said that when you order before 5 pm, you will get 50% discount for apetizers.So I realized that the lady did not want to give us that discount.When we were ready to order, it was already 5 pm.Parking: There is a big parking for Ala Moana mall. This restaurant is located on the 4th floor of it.
