Two visits last week. Feb, 29th was the first. Seated on the patio. 2 couples dining. Chairs too short for the high top is a minor flaw but should be addressed. Server was slow getting to us. We were not in a rush but 30 minutes to order was a little much. There was two tables of 20 kids inside so kitchen was backed up.Pizzas arrived cold. Seemed like a problem to send back to kitchen to heat up. That took a another 20 minutes. Two salads that were ordered had not been served with 2 pizzas yet. We cancelled on Pizza. Manager came over and wanted to know why. He rushed to get the other salad as that diner was gluten free and could not share in the now delivered pizza. We mentioned to mgr on duty the service and quality of the food being poor. He comped the Cobb Salad and also gave us 2 $25 gift cards for next visit. We felt satisfied and thanked him for the efforts. Still would rather have had the service and food quality.We wanted to use the GC so visited for lunch on March 3. Arrived before 12 and only 3 tables on patio and 1 inside group. One server and the GM on duty. No other front of house staff.We sat outside. Server seemed flustered off the bat. Both pizzas arrived cold. Two salads came after pizza. Manager Frank came by and our other couple said her pizza was cold. He grabbed it and took off, looking pissed. When our server came around, I told her my pizza was cold as well. She took that away for reheat.Other couples pizza was cold too but they didn't want to rock the boat again so ate it cold.Table beside us left and within seconds the pigeons arrived at their high top table. 6-10 pigeons flying around our heads while we ate. Nobody came to clear away the dirty plates and left over food. It was disgusting.Check out took forever. The server left our CC and bills on the counter and went to server other diners. We finally went inside to see what was happening. Frank came to help us and he took over the check out process. He got the two cards mixed up with the two bills. Tried to correct for us but still made the same mistakes again on the final bill.I chatted with Frank after and he seemed like he was ready to explore a different career. A nice guy for sure but working for a big corp. He said 3 staff called in sick so short for the lunch crowd. He was washing dishes, cooking, serving and bussing tables. He said he has 30 Univ. of H students on staff and on any given day have dont show up. I said he should have delayed opening until the dinner rush. Better to have no lunch biz. than provide a crappy dining experience.If you have a great experience you will tell 2 people. IF you have a poor experience you will tell 20.Sorry Frank, I know you were stressed and working your butt off however does not change the fact that we had 2 very very poor experiences with CPK in Waikiki over the last week. And we will not be returning to any of your stores anytime soon.

10 minutes to get seated.Almost 2 hours to get 3 pizza and one salad.Was told numerous times our food was almost ready for approximately an hour.Was given cards that could only be open by managers as an apology. But wasn't told we could have a manager open it that night. You'd have to go dine with them again to get those open. But honestly, after such a bad experience, I won't bother being a customer again. I also saw many others just up and left after waiting an hour. I only stayed cause my partner insisted on her margarita pizza.Pizza was kinda soggy and didn't hold well. Overall very expensive way to spend a night and ruin the mood.

Wanted a quick salad so I ordered a full Cobb Salad with ranch dressing to go online. The website was easy to use and the time that the salad would be ready was reasonable. Once you get in the restaurant, you need to go to the left to pick up online orders. The salad was ready before the stated time which was great. Unfortunately the Cobb salad didn't come with any avocado and I didn't notice until after I left the restaurant and got ready to eat. I dug around the salad and it was not under any of the other items. On the plus side, there seemed to be a lot of bacon. Was disappointed about the lack of avocado and I doubled checked the menu and it stated avocado on the website. I regretfully already tipped when I paid on the website.
