My family went to Castro's for breakfast and it was hands down the best meal we had in Honolulu! The food is so delicious, comes out quick, looks gorgeous, and tastes so fresh! I would highly recommend the Tres leches french toast (it comes with a lot of fresh fruit on the plate too)!! You can't go wrong with this place!
It's only about a 2 minute walk from the Outrigger resort, which is extremely convenient too.

We took our friend from mainland here for breakfast. I had the Cuban breakfast with fresh fruit. First of all, the fruit serving was large with a good variety and tasty. The sausage was tasty but quite salty. I ate it with the bread that came with my wife’s order and it was delicious. Next time I want to get a sausage sandwich if it makes one. The other two orders were also very fresh and tasty. The pickled veggies and the star fruits were strongly flavored, not for everyone,...
