The kitties are so cute. The staff does a great job taking care of them. You can play with them and buy them treats. It’s so cute to see them flock over when you have a treat

The cats are just so adorable and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I requested 2 entry tickets as my kids love cats. .Staff made me enter (and pay full price) because daughters 11year and 16years old needed to be supervised. It’s not as if they are 5 years old!!!

I offered to watch from window or enter but not interact with cats and purely be there to supervise but they still made me pay to enter. Disgraceful service. To top it off they wouldnt give kids discount for being students because they didn’t have their school student card. I asked to speak to a manager and one was not available. I tried calling the company phone number to speak to a manager and line went straight to person at front counter. Absolutely ridiculous. So disappointed.

Cats not very interactive. They don’t like to be cuddled at all, cats will only play to cat toys. Very disappointed with overall experience.

I spent the half hour writing this review to warn people about this poor experience. Stay away.

As someone who doesn’t usually go out of their way to do reviews, it saddens me to have to do this. I attended your cafe today & I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere in my entire life. As someone who is a vet nurse & does cat rescue back home in Australia, who knows cat behaviour & their body language & communication & probably has more experience then any of your staff members combined, I am absolutely heartbroken on how one of your staff members treated me today. As I entered the cafe the lady at the front counter explained the rules to me & the cats, their collars, who can eat what etc. she explained to me that the cats on the shelves are resting so please do not disturb. She also explained 3 warnings & I would be asked to leave - fair enough. Now here is what happened, I fed a treat to a cat on a shelf at eye level, they were wide awake & happy to accept the treat - I was told to please not do so as the cat was “resting” & wanted to get away from us. As asked I moved on. I was then patting a cat & half sitting in a marked section asked to please not enter & was asked to move, it was a genuine mistake. I then was patting a cat & your staff member then brought my drink over to me as I left it out of the way of where the cats were so I could go into the mix & give them my final treat. She came up to me & told me I needed to take my drink or the cats would knock it over, I was at the cafe alone, with no one to mind the drink so I put it out the way of where the cats were. I felt so isolated, so unwelcome, & so picked on I didn’t even finish giving the last treat for the cats I left your cafe in tears & well before my 30 minutes were up. I witnessed multiple people accidentally in the no standing spot & patting cats on shelves & not one of them were spoken to. As someone who has been away from home for a few weeks now & missing their own cats, so came here to feel close to them you have completely broken my heart & I will never return to this cafe, nor would I recommend for anyone else to ever attend, especially someone with children if this is how their staff treats someone with years of industry experience & working with cats. Shame because the cats are beautiful.

The people were very nice but the cats couldn’t have cared less that I was there petting and talking to them.

Be warned, there’s no washroom facilities here so if going here with kids make sure you use a washroom somewhere else first. If you have to leave to use a bathroom you aren’t permitted to re-enter.

Cute cats but not really people friendly. Very underwhelming. Lots of cats running from folks except when theyre sleeping.
Seems like they'll only come to you if you buy treats. When 4 people spend $100 to get in, you'd think you could opt for treats to be included or get them instead of a beverage.

OMG the amazing account of cats.

Cats seem depressed and barely interact, I left 15 minutes early. Waste of money & time!

Please do not visit this cat cafe. Staff is rude and the Cats do not want to interact because they are depressed or were given sedatives. Why are they in business if there is no interaction with the cats and staff is rude?
I went with my daughter two weeks ago, and the guy was reading off a bunch of rules of what not to do if they have red collar, green collar, and so forth and he was not friendly at all. We wasted $60 and I even gave him a 15% tip before I knew how horrible they are, and we left 20 minutes early. The guy yelled at my daughter for trying to give snacks to a cat which we had no idea we were not suppose to feed snacks to because of their thousand rules. And safety is first and I am aware of that, but be pleasant to customers specially children. My daughter was so sad and came out and cried to me that she wished she had never gone inside that place. She could not even interact with the cats because she was scolded and being watched by the staff , it is ridiculous. We both felt bad for the depressed cats. As a cat owner and a cat lover, and someone who adopted a cat through a cat cafe in FL, this place should be ashamed of themselves. Just admire the cats behind the window and don’t waste your money or time.

Went here with my two children who were constantly told off for trying to interact with the cats. Paid nearly $60usd for one hour for barely any interaction and left early after just over half an hour. Customers are not allowed to pick up cats which is absolutely fine but staff could have created an environment to allow customers to have a pat in a safe space. Staff were not friendly or helpful or engaging, would not recommend, especially if you have children

Clearly saw the stuff get unwashed hand in my coffee after he worked with the cats. Asking for remake one, the stuff rolling his eyes and refused. Will never be here. The skinny guy with curved hair btw.
