Food is excellent! Service is excellent! True down south taste & feel. . . Trust the man, get the tartar sauce! He makes it homemade & it is absolutely delicious! We got it on the side (because we usually hate tartar sauce) & we regret not getting it directly on our sandwiches.

The catfish sandwich is salty. Shrimp tempura is delicious. French fries are also salty. It takes about 20 minutes after ordering.

The shrimp was the best. The fish had too much cornmeal and not enough seasoning. They were super nice though!
Born and raised out of Louisiana, I didn't expect the match of good tasting, fried to perfection and a Southern style tea with superb hospitality but I was wrong. I came around 4:30 pm with 3 family members, had a catfish sandwich and Fam ordered catfish meals. It was excellente'! You won't be disappointed by the food or the service. He was working alone but it was quite worth every minute of the 7 orders he serviced at once. So proud of this brother!!! ? Blessings to ya!

Nice service, but the food is less than mid. How are you happily serving these dry, underseasoned hockey pucks? Season annnd use seasoned breading. This can’t be an offshoot of the family restaurant I tried way back when.

So excited to find some good fried fish in Honolulu! The fish was Crispy on the outside and Moist on the inside. Not overly seasoned with salt, like most places are. I ordered the catfish sandwich. It was very hearty. It made 2 meals for me. The Onion rings were crispy on the outside, and moist & slightly sweet on the inside... SOOOOO delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The owner was very professional, clean and polite. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu.
